Order cancelled but they kept my depositor 6.000£
I ordered new windows from them and paid a £6,000 deposit. The very next day, I cancelled the order, but to this day I have not received my refund. They ignore my emails and phone calls and clearly do not care about their customers.
If you want to save yourself stress and money, stay away from this company. I will be taking legal action against them.
Also this is ex company called HOMESTYLE WINDOWS INSTALLATIONS LIMITED
