Fake, scamming, unprofessional company

I ordered 10 desk PC mounts from this company over 2 and a half weeks ago, and I am beyond frustrated with the entire experience. From the start, there has been zero communication or updates regarding my order. I received no shipping confirmation or tracking information, and when I tried calling, the phone just went straight to voicemail – there was no human to answer.

I then reached out via live chat last week, and after a long wait, I was told my order would arrive "early next week." When I contacted them again, I was told the items would arrive the following day, but they still couldn’t provide any tracking info or even tell me which logistics company would be delivering it. This lack of professionalism and poor communication is beyond unacceptable.

My office revamp is scheduled in just 3 days, and it looks like I won’t be receiving my items in time. It's clear that this company doesn’t care about customer service, and I feel like I’ve been dealing with unprofessional, incompetent employees. The live chat representative’s responses felt like something you'd expect from a scamming eBay seller, with poor English and vague answers.

The unprofessional person behind the live chat will make you wait over an hour just for vague responses

I highly recommend avoiding this company entirely. My experience has been a complete waste of time, and I’m still left without the products I paid for.

Easy to order

Easy to order. Communication was great, as when my original order was damaged in transit, a replacement was sent almost immediately.

Failing to provide a return authorisation

I ordered a Plustek OpticFilm 8200i on 4th September 2024, received it on 11th September, decided it was not suitable and asked for a return authorisation on 18 September (within 14 days), for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act. On that same day, a Customer Service person replied: "Hi, Thank you for your e-mail. Please consider this an interim reply, as we will get back to you with the information you need as soon as possible. I really appreciate your patience and cooperation in this case.”

Between 18 September and today, 10th October, I have still not received my return authorisation, despite numerous emails back and forth. This was not a warranty request; it didn't work the way I needed it to. Under the legislation, I do not need to provide a reason.
