Ecrafta 

Same as the other reviews. Took 2 months to get the product which was not anything like the picture. Not a quilt at all, screen printing (and of very poor quality) on very poor material. Washed it and the color bled very badly. It was suppose to be a gift for my niece, I would be embarrassed to give it to her! Suffices to say my dog now has a $79.95 blanket! I definitely will think twice again before ordering from any Facebook ads.

One star is only because that is the lowest. Same as the others, I ordered a t-shirt and it took over 4 months to receive it. It wasn't even the shirt that I ordered. VERY poor quality. Stay away!!!!!!!

I ordered a shirt and after 3 months and several emails to the company it finally came. The fabric is so horrible I threw the thing straight into the trash. I still see their ads on Facebook, always with a different company name. Total scam.

I'm in the same boat. Placed an order with ecrafta on October 15th. Tried to contact them numerous times to see when I will receive my quilts. NO replies to my emails. Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Disputed purchase with PAYPAL.

I ordered a quilt, had to email screenshots of my confirmation as they said they never received the order( yet took my $). Finally 2 1/2 mos later a very cheap poorly put together throw arrived. DO NOT buy from them. What a disapointment

I agree with everyone else and lesson learnt read review before ordering!!! I ordered a Bernese Mountain Dog Quilt in Sept 2018, finally received something form them but it was the wrong quilt I received a Scottie dog, been trying to get ahold of them to let them know after 3 Months a quilt came and it is not the right one and I want the one I ordered, but no reply I am such a fool DO NOT ORDER from this company, their customer service is horrible!! Please also be aware they changed their company name to Emacotton do not use that company!!

Glad to know I am not the only fool who ordered from these people. I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered something on November 2nd and it is now the 27th and it still hasn't shipped. NO communication with the company either, Every time I email to ask a question I get the runaround. I think this company is a scam. I am in the process of cancelling the order and trying to get my money back. Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from them.

The only comfort I have is in knowing I am not the only fool who ordered a quilt from this company.
I too would give negative stars if the option were available. No response despite several emails regarding the fact that I never received my order. It has been more than 2 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM ECRAFTA OR PARENT COMPANY "IMEDIA." Take the time to report to Facebook and the BBB that this company is a scam. Let all your FB friends know they should avoid this company like the plague.

Am hoping I can get a refund via PayPal, fingers crossed.

I wish I could give a negative score. I ordered a quilt back in September 2018 we are now late November and I have not received s*@# from these people. I have sent numerous emails, all with a generated response email. For example “your order is processing and in production”. I can not believe I fell for this scam, I am so mad at myself. I did some research and they are actually located in China. They are liars and scammers. I have since seen many different Facebook pages with these quilts and they all originate in China. DO NOT ORDER from these TURDS!

Negative 100 stars! I bought an (amazing) pit bull quilt for my hubby for our anniversary. I paid for fast shipping. It took several emails and two and a half months later to get it.It was terrible. A blurry screen print on fabric. don't do it

Same experience as everyone else. Terrible customer service and knockoff PRODUCT which only came after months. Will try and fight it through PayPal and my credit card company but don't expect support there.... DO NOT USE.

This is a scam. I ordered in Sept and I never got the T-Shirt. The site has now been disabled. Keep your money. I sent an email to ecrafta at gmail.com via shopify.com and just got a canned response. Really feel like a sucker and wish I did my homework before I got suckered.

I wish I could give less than a 1 star. DO NOT ORDER from this company! It is a scam. I ordered from the TCRAFTA website using my PayPal account for my purchase and when I looked at my billing statement a company called iMediavn is where my money went to: imediavn.com. I ordered 2 tshirts on September 17 and it is now over 2 months later and nothing has been resolved or sent to me. I filed a complaint with ecommerce.gov and PayPal and urge everyone else too that has had a bad experience so these people can be tracked down and shut down! The email address of their customer service that was contacting me was ecrafta(at)gmail.com via zendesk.com and shopify.com. I did more research and it looks like TCRAFTA - t.tcrafta.com - is also linked to ecrafta - tarich.net. BEWARE and spread the word!

I ordered a quilt for my great granddaughters birthday 6 weeks ago and my account was immediately charged.The quilt has not arrived. I have sent several emails to customer service. The reply is always it is in production and we will let you know when it is shipped. The last email received no response at all. Today I entered a dispute with my credit company to reverse the charge. I can only assume that this is a scam and hope that other people check on the company prior to ordering. It was ordered from a facebook ad. Facebook should screen their ads before posting.

I ordered one quilt from "Ecrafta" through a Facebook ad as a Christmas gift for my wife. The advertised price was $60 for a king size quilt. I was directed to the pay screen, entered my debit card info and hit the 'pay' button. I was immediately charged $189.85 for a king and two queen quilts which I did not order. This was a week ago. I have bombarded ecrafta with emails demanding a refund, but all I get is an auto- generated email saying g someone will get back to me in 24 hours. I'm kicking myself for falling for this scam. I can't afford to lose $189. Facebook doesn't care, neither does Paypal. I got ripped off. If I even get these quilts I didn't order and don't want, the only satisfaction I will get is throwing them in the trash. Learned my lesson. F U Ecrafta.

I ordered a shirt from this company in September. Never received it. When I inquired about the shirt I was sent an email saying the order had been sent out for production and I would get a number. Nope. Two months later, nothing. Scam. I will never order anything else through a facebook ad. Period. Scam. Facebook needs to do a better job of managing it's offerings.

Ecrafta scammed me! I bought two Notre Dame quilts in September and they sent me a cheap quilt with the name Steelers on it and a Mickey Mouse quilt! Now, they have shut down their website, and I see it under a new name on Facebook with the Notre Dame quilts as their advertisement! BEWARE! I lost $156, and I got two cheap blankets I never ordered!

I ordered a quilt, which cost me 79.95. It arrived 3 months later. It was nothing like the quilt shown on the website. It was very poor quality --basically two pieces of fabric sewn together with no batting between them. The quilting was done with a machine and was done very poorly. The fabric was printed, not pieced together as was shown on the website. I would not reccomend you waste your money and avoid this fraudulent company. I would not have even paid 5 dollars for the cheap quilt they sent me.

Fake company, never sent my order. They have changed the name of their company twice. Don't order from them!

They suck... a bunch of foreign scammers that keep changing their website name to scam more people. You cant contact them. They need to be exposed and shut down.
