Horrible scam I ordered quilt 11-15-18. PayPal used. No confirmation of order received. No response to multiple email. I asked for cancel and refund. Filed complaint at PayPal.Up to 30 days to respond to dispute. I'm calling my credit card company to initiate an immediate refund. I learned to always review site. And stick to Amazon.com with Amazon fulfillment.

Do not order from cs@ecrafta/cs@cotton/ bellaquilts...they took down their adds but have put up new ones under hakillama... mihistore.. ccsportquilt.. and shopping addiction..do not..I repeat do not order from these companies!!!

This company is a scam and another company name they go by is a scam too - Imedia Advertising Service and Trading Co., LTD. I have reported both of my transactions to my credit card company and hope that I will be refunded. Unbelievable!

I ordered two quilts my boys really really wanted these for Christmas. Never showed up the phone number is always busy doesn’t work my emails bounced back. Hopefully I will get my money back with PayPal. This was the only present my little boys were going to get for Christmas I really hope I’m not out of my money and now my kids won’t have a Christmas

Don't buy from them. I ordered in October and have never received my quilt. Have emailed several times. No replies. Scam.

This is a scam! Took my money, and I never got a confirmation email so I looked them up and could never get a phone number, only an email so emailed several times with only a generic response that they will get back with me in 24hrs. Never happened. Do not waste your time! I have had to file disputes with credit card company and paypal and wasted so much time on this!!!

I ordered 2 quilts in September. It's now December 4, 2018 and I still don't have them. I have emailed them 4-5 times and get the same type of result, they are coming... The tracking number they provide never has any information on it. I've asked for a refund if my quilts aren't going to arrive. I still get, the please be patient reply. I would never recommend them and I only wish I had looked up their reviews before purchasing from them!

Ecrafta, Emacotton. Same story as others I have read here. Ordered 3 quilts in mid-November. Received initial order email and then several advertising ones after. Attempted several times to contact the company by email and got no response. Then their website no longer pulled up. I then began searching for reviews of the company on the internet, and found several like the ones shown here. I put in a dispute resolution with Paypal (so glad I paid through them!) and have had one response from Printabel that was unsatisfactory - have to make the quilts. Quilts seemed to be "in stock" when I ordered! I have responded to that and have asked for a full refund. I hope this ends well.

SCAMMMMMM - Same happened to me. Order off Facebook... my account was debited immediately and no response from them at all after 3 weeks. Then i found these reviews. So sorry I didnt check first. I am getting ready to dispute my charge with paypal.

Scammers ! Buyer Beware ! Uses several names such as Amelia Quilts, Ema Cotton and more !

Ecrafta is a company that is dba "Emma Cottons" emmacotton09.com and "Amelia Quilts" amelia-quilts.com, Ameliacotton10.com and Bella Quilts.net. They post sale ads of quilts on Facebook, and continuously change their name and url to stay two steps ahead of angry customers. The quilts are very cute. The websites are exactly the same, with the same back story, only amelia quilts and Bella Quilts is based in Salem, Oregon, and Emma Cotton has their contact information listed as Wesson, Mississippi but their about us page has pictures and information leading one to believe they are based in Australia. The actual company is based in China. I orderd my quilts on Nov. 17, 2018 I paid via Pay Pal and was charged on my Credit Card on that same day. Two weeks later after not receiving a tracking number via DHL like promised, I tried to contact the company, and found that the button on my confirmation email they gave me to "review my order" only led to a non existent page that "never existed or was removed". This was my first notion that things were not right. I am only one of Many unhappy customers who have not received their order, or who have not had any follow up communication with the company. I conclude that this is an internet scam. I have posted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have filed a complaint and request for a refund with Pay Pal. I hope that these people can be shut down. I do not have a lot of money to spend on my family at Christmas. I was so excited to have found these two gifts, and now that money is going to be tied up waiting for a refund, and hopefully I will get that refund in time to go and purchase something else. I feel so stupid, and disgusted and angry all at the same time. Please do not order from these people.

Ordered a quilt on September 15, 2018. Next day got an email saying that product was on its way. As of today, I have turned over a dispute to PayPal as since then I have received delay after delay, bogus shipping information that does not match up with DHL or with the USPO. Total SCAM and FRAUD site. Stay away from.

I ordered a corgi quilt for my mom for Christmas. Within 24 hours of ordering, the website was GONE (Emacottons.net). It popped up again a few days later under emacotton09.com. I have attempted to cancel my order via email, but only receive a canned response saying they will contact me in “24 business hours”. Business hours?? They’re support times are ICT.... Indo China Time. The website I ordered from was in the US supposedly. The new website now shows that it is in Australia.Upon further inspection, the quilts pictured have the same fold in the right corner. They are all photo shopped... the quilts aren’t even real. I wish I had done some research before ordering from this company, if you can call them that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! TOTAL RIPOFF. Ordered two quilts on OCT 17, 2018. Received order confirmation and was immediately charged. It is now NOV 30, and I have contacted them 4 times. Received reply to the first contact saying the quilts "were being made", and they would let me know when they shipped. Weeks have gone by, tried contacting them 3 more times with NO response at all. Headed to the bank today to dispute the charges.

This company is a SCAM! Never received a customer order number and after waiting 6 weeks for the product could not contact them! Thank goodness that I placed my order thru PayPal who quickly refunded my money after I escalated a complaint. The company is still advertising on FB and the web! So sad that this company is still committing fraud. Wished I had checked reviews before I placed my order!

Ripped off, as well. No response from the company and I cannot find the site anymore. It redirects me to some T-shirt company. Wish I had seen this before ordering.

Wish I could pick zero stars! I ordered 3 tshirts in August. I received one yesterday after a 3 month wait. The shirt doesn't even resemble what was pictured and described online. It is a shiny polyester material and horrible, cheap design. Total waste of money. This company should be shut down for fraud!

I bought a pug quilt 3 weeks ago from an ad on Facebook. It has not been shipped or any return emails. There is no phone number to this rip off company. Be aware you will NOT get your merchandise.
