Joe the broadband installer was very good and very polite and efficient.Also caller handler i talked to(Adam_or Alex was very patient and helpful.There was an Andre call handler deserves a mention as well so all in all i was very impressed

The guide was initially unable to access the details of our new plan and we haven't been given an installation date yet. We've also been told that our activation date may well change. But at least we will be paying the same amount as last month while we're out of contract.

The process is too long, my call took 51 minutes to get ser up and then I am flooded by several e-mails each having to be read and then I am told the 6 digit codeis wrong so I have to start again, what a hassle

Today's experience was very good. Firstly a contract that I need to cancel was finally sorted. Then I was able to renew my contracts quickly and on a good deal.

they took money out my account without permission and there customer support told me to wait 21 days while they check whats going on then wait another week for the refund if i get it AVOID them!!!! trust me go with someone else!
