Be carefull with EE , When ee sold me the package they said it's the best speed 1000mb/s at the hub . in the house the said broadband will get at least 700mb download speed WiFi and minimum of 100mb download speeds I have never had any of those speeds over WiFi . It's the biggest scam you have to use a wired connection to get the speeds they state
I will never use them again and they won't let you out the contract

I wasn't given the hard sell from the rep. All was clearly explained about EE about the benefits etc. I agreed to join EE there and then and completed everything on my mobile. All in all, a good experience.

Your guide was great, having to change my contact so that we tv works all over the house is not good. I can’t imagine range extenders are massively expensive and would think provision of one of your core value add products would as the priority. How would I explain this to friends and colleagues asking whether I would recommend moving from sky?

EE changed my sim without asking/my permission and then would not let me change it unless I paid off my phone contract. I even asked what other deals/prices can they do for me if I do pay my phone contract off and they said they could not look. I ended up paying my phone contract off and then asked for my PAC code as the app was not letting me, they said they could not help! I ended up going to Three and they helped me navigate and sort out EE’s webpage to transfer where the EE staff could not. I transferred from EE who I have been with since I’ve had a phone to Three today. Expensive prices, hardly any benefits…

For the second time they have sent out equipment to my 91 year old father in law, who has early stages of dementia. The first time was to return a tablet, which a sales person sent him, with a new contract, which apparently he agreed to by clicking on a non-existent email link and a phone call. Now it is a selection of phone stuff! Customer services is long winded, they promised that no sales would go through without my notifications....wrong! They apparently don't do cold calling...wrong. They wouldn't ring up a vulnerable person...wrong! I am dreading having to go through hours of explaining, reiterating what should already be in place. I don't know what they are playing at, but I am having to calm down an elderly gentleman again, due to EE mistakes.
