Good Prices, but slow returns process

I've bought a couple of mobile phone from eglobal, all at decent prices, delivery has taken a round 7-10 working. On the one occasion i had to return a phone due to having a faulty battery, the return process was a pain however eventually i did receive a replacement. I Would use again

Eglobal crooks and con merchants

If your order from this company and what you eventually get works you are one of the very lucky few. I ordered a Moto E4plus mobile from them, Never worked properly from the start. Completely ceased to function after two days. Numerous emails to them produced no result. They eventually blamed it on on software which they said was not covered under their warranty. eGlobal is a total waste of time and money. Don't deal with these crooks and con merchants, you will be sorry

What a rip off!!no customer service

Well I will repeat what people say about that company but I must say it!!
Everything started while I made my mistake, which is order something from them however same day I sent an email to them asking to cancel the order.

As you can guess they have the email to kill the time or to pretend not really to resolve the queries they might have.
So meanwhile I opened a Ticket to cancel the order two days later but I was still receiving auto message like "your order will be sent shortly"....
So even I did not want the item , they sent it and I took ten days to arrive which is not the main problem.
The main problem is I need to send it back to Hong Kong which from London is 50£ which I have to pay??why if I have emails and actions taken to don't process this bloody order?

Not even that I read they will deduct another 15£ of admin. Fee?what admin service?

In total I spent 65 £ for nothing as I returned the item no even open, so literally please please don't even go close.
I just signed on the website to post this review because there is not customer service, nothing at all, we can't give money to these type of companies, that is unnaceptable.

I hope this review help others to don't use this company.

Avoid - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHEATS.

Ordered GoPro hero 6 on 12 Feb, still no delivery. No reply to emails and PayPal dispute is still pending. They emailed once saying the item got lost on transit but since then I have been emailing them to issue refund but as yet no refund and no reply to email. Complete time waster. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHEATS.

Avoid!!!

Great price but NO Warranty or Support. I don't think that they even look at their support pages. Beware, if you get really lucky and actually receive your order (accurately) then you are by far the minority. In case anything goes wrong then just forget any feedback and/or assistance! This company is absolutely CRIMINAL and since they're based in the far east you have NO consumer rights whatsoever.

I ordered a phone

I ordered a phone, now waiting two months for delivery, but can´t contact them for doing the investigation, because DPD Uk lost somewhere the Item and for investigation they need to contact the sender. They took my money and do not answer of any of my emails. I thought that they are based in UK, but the store is somewhere in Hong Kong. Plus I did special delivery insurance.
Any Idea how can I get my money back?

Turned up late

My stuff turned up after 11 working days (not the 6-8 advertised). They are not a U.K. Company and therefore do not accept any U.K. Legislation. When it was clear they wouldn't deliver within 8 days I asked to cancel which they refused saying the only way for a refund was to return the goods through their RMA policy and there is a £15 handling fee. If it goes wrong Whilst under guarantee I will throw away rather than deal with these jokers again. Pick a U.K. Company!

I ordered a phone on December 1st. Today is January 14th and I still haven't received it. In spite of numerous emails about the issue i haven't received an answer or a solution to my problem. That's 200€ gone. Don't be tempted by the low prices. Don't buy from them.

Can't beat the price, but feel I got lucky

Ordered Nikon D750 Kit + Tamron 70-200mm then read the reviews and was very worried. All items turned up within the time stated but weird things happened with the tracking. Unsure if I would shop with them again as I feel I got lucky, but you can't beat the price, I saved over £1000.

I bought an ipad just before xmas

I bought an ipad just before xmas, the item arrived in 1 week, nicely packaged and in fully working condition. After the first success, thought of buying a phone, sent a question about it via online form and by email - no answer for two weeks... Will probably buy elsewhere... Still not sure who are you guys and should I trust you or not...

Don't buy from here if you are in a hurry.

I have previously purchased from Eglobal in 2014 and the experience was seamless and quick.

This time I ordered a motoG phone on the 27th December 2017, which supposedly would take 6 to 8 days. They acknowledged the order and took the funds on the 28th. After 10 days, the order was still in 'Processing'.

Out of interest rather than optimism, I tried to ask for an update on the order. There is no way to contact anyone other than their guided FAQ, and of course any requests for information via this mechanism are ignored.

Two weeks on, the order tracking page has been updated to 'In transit'. This status is only updated every 24 hours, so I still have no idea when the order is going to arrive. On the positive side, at least it is somewhere.

My advice, stick to reputable UK based firms even if it's going to cost a little more.

Do Not use eGlobal Central. Anyone who has given a positive review must be the lucky 1 out of 10. The majority of cases seem to be people who have either been taken for a ride or had to proactively chase the company to get a delivery. NOT acceptable companies like this who say based in Hong Kong, more likely China (like the scammers on Alibaba) are able to operate with a .co.uk website targeting Brits. Where is the protection against the people behind these websites?

Out-of-the-blue my lens arrive!

Customer service nil stars but value for money on the lens I ordered 5 stars. Went through all the problems everyone else has had including the shipping status being changed to "Return to Consignee" and no response to emails and started a claim via PayPal. Then, out-of-the-blue, the lens was delivered (exactly as advertised)! Go figure. Anyway, great price and I got the goods 1 month after ordering. YMMV.

Great company. great delivery. No complaints.

Just bought iPad 2017. This is the second item i have bought in the last 5 weeks. No problem with the first one and no problem with this one.
Best price on net. I would buy from this company again. DPD delivered first item in 5 days and 6 working days for second item from order date.
The tracking is reliable from eglobal and DPD.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst experience ever had with an online order. (REF 6366697)
1) Order placed on the 27th of November and supposed to be delivered on the 1st of December
2) Missed delivery on 1/12. DPD sent me a test "Sorry, we haven't received your parcel"
3) I sent 10 different email to ask for an update for almost 10 days in a row, not a single reply from this company
4) I log in into the website and I found out that the parcel was on its way back because of some shipping problems (no one advised me about it)
5) Despite I am not responsible for this shipment, after my refund request, on a different email, I have received the following reply:

Dear Stefano,
Thank you for your email.
I would like to inform you that the courier has initiated the return of your parcel due to shipment issues.
Currently we are awaiting return of your order.
Once the shipment returns back to us, we will contact you to arrange full refund for your order.

Should you necessitate further assistance, please do contact us.

At the time of this review, they do not want to give me my money back and I should wait for the item to be delivered back to them, even if I did not even see the parcel because it seems this parcel did not even enter into the UK.

The main fact is "THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I DID NOT EVEN SEE THIS PARCEL SO, IMHO, THEY ARE BORROWING MONEY FROM PEOPLE".

This company should be banned to operate in the UK.

I am on a mission now: spread the word and do not let other people buy from this company again.
And be sure I will leave a review every time I will have time, on every website and social media I know.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE FOLKS. NEVER.

Can anyone tell me what's happening …

Can anyone tell me what's happening please? I ordered a Gopro on 24 Nov, haven't receive it until now, I've tracked the parcel today and it shows "Return to consignor has been requested", but I didn't submit any return/refund ticket. Will I get my money back if they're not going to send this anyway? or should I wait and see? I understand many comments say it takes long to deliver but didn't expect they would return parcel themselves?

Bottom line - if you value your time, sanity and money, please do not order from here.

Please avoid at all costs. From the initial purchase, it's just all gone down hill. The phones arrived 3 weeks after I first placed the order (which would have been fine if they had just told me they were going to be delayed). After I chased them up they told me that there were currently waiting on new stock (my question would be my advertise them as in stock if they didn't actually have any). But anyway on to the next issue with them, though they sold me 2 handsets with a 2 year warranty - they will do anything the can to worm out of this commitment. The screen on one of the phones was no longer working after two months. I created an RMA ticket on thier website to return under the warranty. After going back and forth with them for over a week - sending them photos and videos of the issue, they came back saying thier warranty doesn't cover physical defects and that somehow it was my fault (even though they've never actually seen the device first hand). I would have liked to have taken this further with them but thier whole attitude stinks and would rather just warn other people off from buying anything from this company because of thier headling "lower prices". Luckilly, after getting in contact with Google, they're now going to replace the phone for me under thier warranty.

Bottom line - If you value your time, sanity and money, please do not order from here.

I have ordered from this company before …

I have ordered from this company before with little hassle and a good service. I have now ordered a Samsung S3 Smart Watch over 8 days ago with just a confirmation email and that is it !! money taken from PayPal account no watch ! really worried and disappointed having had a good experience before I felt confident that I would receive the same service......How Wrong can you be ! Looks like I will have no Xmas present this year and £224 out off pocket.... not a happy customer and unless I get notice in the next day or two I would suggest not ordering from this company. I would however be willing to change my review if something changes in the next 24-48hrs.....at the moment, unacceptable behaviour from a "Global Company"

It is now the 7th December and it looks like it has NOT left Hong Kong
disgraceful service and it ought to be made clearer that the goods come from Hong Kong

No item, no reply...

Although the website is .co.uk the company is based in Kowloon (Hong Kong).

I've purchased a phone from them and after 15 days not received anything. On their website the shipment part of my order is empty and my bank confirmed they missed the deadline to actually take my money (it was in "Pending Transactions" all this time).

I've never received any emails back from them even though I sent around 20 of them; every time only receiving the automatic email missing the reference/ticket number I was then supposed to quote.

I last emailed them today following the example given by someone else below, mentioned "breach of my UK consumer rights" and prosecution should they try to collect the money in the following 6 years (which they would have legally had a right to if I hadn't cancelled the order).

A scam? Bankrupt? Overwhelmed by black Friday? I don't know. In any case, do not bother.
