I made a purchase of a Sony Alpha A5000 camera. Had confirmation that my sale had gone through and would be despatched up to 72hrs. 5 days later and nothing at all from them. Despite trying to communicate with them, via email and their ticket system for issues, I’ve had no response. Their live chat facility never works and the phone number they provide is not for any issues with purchases.
Thankfully, I paid through PayPal so I should be able to get my money back.

My wife ordered a Fitbit Charge 2 watch from these con-men on 13/11/17 and after seeing the poor reviews changed her mind and cancelled the order. unfortunately this was after the second email informing you of the 30 day returns procedure.we set up a RMA ticket and after 2 days got a reply from Alice to say basically tough you have to have the goods sent to you and them return to us at my cost and they will deduct costs and £15 for your trouble before giving you any money back. this all based on the fact that the goods have not even left their warehouse and are still awaiting packing. They are complete fraudsters how take your money but will not give it back to you. Customer service is non existent and you get pre written answers. I will be getting in touch with Paypal and my Credit card company about seeing how i can be refunded my money Avoid this company at all costs
Second time I've made a purchase from …
Second time I've made a purchase from these guys, ordered a handset on 3 Nov, it arrived today 14 Nov. The handset is brand new and security sealed, and was nearly a third cheaper than if I'd had bought it on the high street. I would have given 5 stars but on this purchase they didn't provide tracking data despite me asking three times, I only found out it was arriving today as DPD emailed me to say the package had arrived in the country and was being dispatched.

Impulse buy of an S8 based upon price...I then researched Eglobal and panicked - reviews appeared to be very 'Marmite'!
So what was my experience? I ordered on a Thursday, received a number of communications to keep me informed and received my phone on the following Tuesday via DPD. No issues with the product received; well-packaged with the box sealed with the manufacturer's seal. I knew from reading their FAQs that the phone might not be UK stock, and in line with the FAQs an adapter was provided. All-in-all I am very happy.
I assumed that they were EU-based so was a little concerned when I found out that they are operating from Hong Kong. This aspect of the transaction was less transparent until after I had paid (HK address clearly detailed on the subsequent confirmation email). This also means that the warranty is non-UK, although this was made clear upfront.
I guess from the reviews that faulty or incorrect goods may prove to be an issue. Thankfully this hasn't been a problem for me. Don't buy if you want to be able to change your mind would be my advice. If you want to make a significant saving and are happy to take a risk with non-UK stock, warranty, etc. then give Eglobal a go.
Why 4 stars instead of 5? I do think that they could be more transparent in advance about being a Hong Kong operation.

I wish I had read all the reviews before I made a purchase from this company, they are a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade. Their customer service is a disgrace and their returns policy is appalling. I am being asked to return something to Hong Kong...! What??? How should that even be allowed? I am currently still in dialogue with eglobal but if I get no satisfaction I shall be taking the matter further.

Unfortunately I have also fallen, I did not want to believe the negative reviews because they drowned in the thousands of positive FALSE reviews that eglobal can produce.
The money I did not lose because as I all paid with paypal (refunded after 60ggs) but! ATTENTION these gentlemen are only interested in carving our PERSONAL DATA, in fact, my main email that I always keep clean after eglobal registration and immediately became the target of spam and viruses that probably tried to force the data they lacked to make the "Real" scams.
So do not let us fall ...

Delighted with Product and Price!
Ordered iPad Pro advertised at half the price of UK sites, paid with credit card for security, then worried after reading reviews!!
No need! the ipad arrived within about 5 days, free delivery, with frequent updates from Eglobal informing us of the progress of our parcel, followed by information from DPS concerning the delivery status. No hidden charges, No import taxes, we were delighted and the iPad is being set up as we type.
From our experience I would recommend this company without hesitation and would definitely buy from their site in future.

There is no way to contact them, they do not respond, when the gift eventually arrived with DPD couriers all the packaging was so badly damaged that I can no longer give the intended item as a gift and now am purchasing from a UK company minus the BS.
That is unless they have a solution that they can actually achieve realistically and promptly.
They can get their courier DPD TO COLLECT THE DAMMAGED PRODUCT AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
HTC U11 dual sims phone £539 bought on 22 July
I bought and paid for HTC U11 dual sims phone £539 on the 22nd July from eGlobal and received an order confirmation from them instantly with Order #6055543. I have sent four emails to them since requesting for the progress on delivery but no reply. On the 29th July I sent an email considering cancellations in view of all the bad reviews on eGlobal .
On the 1st August 2017' there has been no update on delivery information from eGlobal UK central. I have started a dispute resolution via PayPal, it has been a very frustrating experience.
Other emails were sent on the 2nd and 3rd of August, but no joy!!

Have been sent wrong lens, why I do not know, I own a Fuji not a Sony. have been told I have to sent the lens back to Hong Kong at my expense, are they crazy. its a UK company I don't understand. have opened a dispute with PayPal. all I want is a lens that I paid for.

All was well until I had to send it back…
All was well until I had to send it back after a known issue raised it's head. Finding out the phone (LG) wasn't covered by UK warranty I had to send it back to them for repair. It took 3 months and I have no idea where the hell it went.
After one month I complained that I had heard nothing and then they started to urge me to take compensation. £100 for a £300 phone. Over and over again they pushed. Over and over again I refused. It was very strange but there was no way I was going to be out of pocket to this company. Then out of the blue they contacted me so they could send my phone back. It arrived and all seemed well. That was until I was out and about and my phone started connecting to the free wifi networks (as you get in pubs) under someone else's user name! I can only make assumptions as to why this was the case....
If you're thinking of using this company, pay a few quid more and buy it from somewhere else....a UK based company would be my recommendation. They're just not worth the hassle.
Avoid this company!!
Bought a phone from them last june, and it only last for half a year and started bootlooping. Checked with the manufacturer customer service, the warranty isn't with them anymore and the only way is go for eglobal's RMA, so I sent it back to the address they provided to try to get it fix since January, but up till now they only response with canned replies when I check the progress with them, they just doesn't seem like want to fix it or solve the problem.
Zero Customer Service
I ordered a phone from this Company (order 5792274) but the phone was not as described on their website. I immediately informed them (via email and website form) that the phone wasn't as described hoping that I could exchange it for a different phone. Their policy is to respond within 1 to 2 days. Over a week later I've not had a reply despite repeatedly filling in their contact form. Now I just want a refund as it's plain they have no intention of doing the right thing.
Despite having a UK website I understand that they have no UK base and there in no way of contacting them by phone. They have an online chat but it is strangely for sales enquiries only. I've tried this on many occasions however and there has never been anyone online. On this basis I will reclaim the money via my credit card.
Good luck if you want to take the risk that they send the right product and you have no issues during the warranty period..........
Some time later I've been contacted and asked to login to my account to create a return request. Of course they know I don't have an account. More delaying tactics.......
