Hands down ET has the best customer…

Hands down ET has the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online retailer.

I had a traumatising situation because of the DPD couriers. ET was very quick to respond to my emails, they were able to give me some store credit for the delay. After a few days of waiting for DPD to deliver it was obvious that they have misplaced my parcel somewhere in their depot. ET was able to quickly reship my order using Royal Mail, and I received it successfully the next day without any issues.

Thank you ET Team, you will keep having me as a customer as long as you sell Terea and keep the amazing Customer Service! 🙌

Bad customer service

Buying from them is ok until you contact customer service . I’ve emailed them twice now telling them about the faulty rechargeable batteries and no reply.
I’ve given them all my details and my order number and I’ve had no response from them. Very bad customer service and product

Faulty Product

Electronic tobaccionist have provided decent service on 3-4 occasions preeviously.
However on this occasion. They told me to check the fire button. I pressed what I thought was this but they Tia told me it was wrong then went onto describe the button I had pressed but did not tell me where the fire button was!!!!!!! The she told me to post the faulty items back to her so they can test them.
Unfortunately I have terminal cancer which does not enable me to get to a post office( and there are not many in this neck of the woods about 50 north of Inverness). Tia told me Royal Mail will collect the item but I have never heard of this and I do not see why I should be put to the expense of returning a faulty item.
I do not expect to be made to jump through HOOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have now come back to me to say on this occasion they will replace the faulty items. I live in hope just 🤞🤞🤞

In your initial email, you mentioned you pressed the fire button, but the battery wasn't working. Tia explained that there appeared to be some confusion, as this device is buttonless/draw-activated only and requested a photo of the fire button. The provided image showed the USB charger LED light, which isn't a fire button but indicates the device's battery level. The batteries were out of warranty; however, we wanted to resolve this for you, so we offered a free returns service with a convenient collection option from your address. Once tested, we planned to send a replacement. As you were dissatisfied with this, our team were understanding and arranged for replacement batteries to be sent out as a goodwill gesture. We're pleased we were able to resolve this for you and appreciate your patience. Best Regards - ET Team

Post was underpaid by this company

Post was underpaid by this company - I had to pay a further £5 in order for Royal Mail to leave my parcel. Due to Royal Mail writing the wrong date on the card they gave me ET are refusing to credit me with this money. Furthermore they are suggesting that I am lying about the matter. No happy and will not be using them again.

For clarity, the card you received from Royal Mail was issued on 27th September, whereas your order was placed on 28th September. It was handed over to Royal Mail on 29th September and successfully delivered today (30th September), which is the earliest possible delivery date. In this case, the card would have been dated 30/09/25. Royal Mail’s tracking for your order does not mention any postage underpayment. Upon reviewing the screenshot you provided, we can see that a £5 postage payment was made today, meaning that particular parcel is due to be delivered on 2nd October. Royal Mail will not deliver parcels with outstanding postage until payment has been received. It is therefore likely that the parcel in question relates to a separate purchase from another retailer, and we would recommend contacting them directly regarding this matter.
