I have made two purchases with Elegatto and have been extremely happy with their products! The first item I purchased was the wrong size. I was able to easily exchange it with no issues and the exchange was simple and trouble free. The Customer Service staff kept me informed during the entire exchange process! Why did I wait so long?
The bracelets that I received are amazing! I chose two different styles/colors to pair and they match perfectly! I was worried that the size would be too small, but I used the sizing guide and they fit perfectly. I like them so much that I’m going to buy more as gifts for the holidays! Great look, great price!

Appalling delivery company
At this point in time I still have not received the item I ordered.
The delivery company cainiao is appalling. They pretend no one was there to receive the parcel. There is a caretaker and a bell to call him. It is impossible to contact cainao despite sending several mails.
I am very disappointed .

The size guide is not correct
The size guide is not correct, I made the order depending on it and I got a wrong size, to return the order back or exchange it. I have to bear the shipping charge which is higher than the product itself as I'm outside US.
