The size guide is not correct

The size guide is not correct, I made the order depending on it and I got a wrong size, to return the order back or exchange it. I have to bear the shipping charge which is higher than the product itself as I'm outside US.

I was surprised with product quality

I was surprised with product quality. I ordered Argos bracelet, it really looks cool. Love it!
The only downside is putting in and removing the lock.

misleading delivery information

I was sent a notification through email and text that my order was delivered, when in fact it's NOT! I call this misinformation.

I have ordered 5 bracelets from ya'll. I like the fact that you can get a size. You get your order pretty fast too. The quality of the bracelets are very good. I'm sure I will order more at some point.

Great company and customer service

I had a bracelet that broke not long after receiving it. I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the item. They responded quickly and gave me a store credit which converted the cost of the original item. I ordered something a little different this time but it covered it completely. Very professional service and well appreciated

Well the only reason I purchased this… to replace a broken bracelet!!

Well the only reason I purchased this second bracelet is because the 1st one broke. I emailed your customer service a couple of times to have a replacement one sent to me but you never responded back. So, your bracelet is great but your customer service is not good at all.
