Great communications - when I first placed my order I inadvertently paid twice, and they contacted me immediately to ask if this was intentional and then refunded the second payment on the same day.

Amazing customer Service
I ordered lingerie from here every other month for about 18months. Had some lovely selections that my wife and I enjoyed very much. What was even better was their customer service. They are PHENOMENAL! Had some issues with billing. Sorted. Asked about changing style. Sorted. But even better than that, they communicated clearly and promptly, which I appreciate even more as a customer. Have cancelled my subscription for now as my wife is pregnant, but would like to see more variety of designs and style upon our return.

This time was okay but I keep getting sent thongs when I can’t wear them and have asked for the knicker …so sometimes I can’t wear the set and pay for just the bra instead of the set.

From the moment my wife opened the box, she said absolutely amazing, really pretty and very good quality. Over the years I have bought her - my wife - some beautiful sets of quality lingerie. But I recently discovered Elia Boutique and to be honest the first set exceeded my expectations, the look on her face was priceless. I look forward to the next set. What a rip off
What a rip off, says £20 per month then they take over £30 off your card for the second order, the underwear is the flimsy type you can can get off of Temu cheaper, dont waste your money!
