The earrings are fine, but I had to pay too much for the custom. And the screw of one earring doesn't fit, it's too small :-(

I recently ordered an 18 inch gold herringbone chain, I liked it alot so I ordered another gold
herringbone chain ,but now ordered a 22, inch .date,3-28-24, it just was delivered on 4-13-24,however it wasn't a 22 in. it was another 18 in! I have emailed 3 times , used what was written to contact u. Home/Eliza Wills jewelery Havent heard from anybody until this rating came up on my email.When I ordered this last time, it didnt say out
of stock,now it does,but it has taken 16 days,i know its from UK,I didnt get any notice it was out of stock,or a choice ! I also was to get 10% off on 2 nd purchase dont know if that got taken off,I believe this chain was for 69$ the order #38313 ,I really would appreciate something to happen,i read reviews regarding customer service,not so good so hope this ends on a good note! Please send this to people who can take care of this,or my only alternative is contacting my credit card comp.Also this amt.should be credited on my card on file.I do want to say, if there is a 22 in yellow chain, I still would like it be sent ,but plz notify me first, I appreciate your consideration in resolving this issue in a timely manner ,but there has to be better communication on your end ,Thx Deb Harm 303-951-5416

The necklace got delivered very quickly and it is absolutely stunning! I never had a golden one before but it is the right length and seems quite sturdy! Will purchase more from this seller, quality is fantastic!

It was the only Pisces constellation necklace I could find with the closest resemblance to the position of the main stars. Very well packed and presented in its Eliza Wills Jewellery box. Purchased with express shipping on 1 March / dispatched with tracking on 4 March / delivered by Royal Mail on 5 March. I am sure the receiver will LOVE IT.
