I wanted to buy one of the charms for…
I wanted to buy one of the charms for my wife for the Roth of our baby, but his due date was very close to the end of Aquarius. I asked the seller if I could buy an Aquarius and a Pisces charm and prearrange a refund on whichever one didn’t apply based on his birth date. Seller was more than happy to honour my request and I got a refund after sending back the Pisces charm with no fuss or questions asked.

Not as appealing as anticipated
I was thrilled with the presentation of my Figaro gold plated neck chain. The packaging was exceptional!
However, I returned my item as I was disappointed with the quality. The thickness didn’t match the description.
I found difficulty with its very flimsy fastener and felt it’s bright yellow colour too garish.
Ordering was straightforward and item arrived promptly. No problems at all encountered with the returns process. Quickly refunded, very satisfied.
