Responsive and helpful Relationship Manager made our experience great.

Today I received some much needed help from Ethan Khan who thankfully was able to resolve 1 of our problems quickly and efficiently.
We had spent nearly 2 days trying to sort a pretty basic problem which no one else helped with.
We were told when we called the helpline the first time that they couldn't help so we would have to use the email address which is a painfully slow process as the person always stops responding after the first reply.

Equals on the whole is absolute terrible now and I would not recommend anymore. I don't normally take jobs where Equals is being used but I am helping out so stuck with. In our industry most productions are using other, better platforms.

I have an open ticket which opened in September and I haven't had a reply to it since November! And a "manager" had taken over my issue as I complained.
I had 2 other issues which were never resolved by Equals.
Its not just getting the help that is a problem, the program itself is no longer as good or easy to use as it used to be a couple of years ago.
I have given up and shared this information on our social media platforms.
If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Reading the reviews, Equalsmoney don’t seem to respond to the critical ones. That’s not a good sign and smacks of arrogance. Otherwise the company is among the best in international payments area.

Efficient & Precise

I needed to do a simple Euro spot transaction - my account at Equals Money to my account in Spain - and 6 days later my money has gone missing. The deal was done, I have paid GBP, but I have no Euros. On contacting Equals Money, I was told that clients are expected to report failures, and troubleshoot their failed payments with the receiving bank. They effectively take no responsibility for the transaction and show it as "complete" - when it is not, and I have to just wait to see when I get my Euros. Their website states that they provide "money movement made simple" - but they are totally incapable of transferring money. Rude brokers and no customer service - I'm just left waiting and hoping I will get my money back.

We have used Equals money for our expenses management at church for over 5 years now and it has always been exceptional.
It means that we are able to manage online purchases in a similar manner to a petty cash account. It is convienient and effective.

Their customer services are so helpful whenever we have needed to make contact and have always been able to solve our dilema efficiently and with minimum fuss.

The query was dealt with in a timely manner, very helpful and efficient dealing with the call. Thabiso Molefe was very Friendly.
