Process was smooth although I did have trouble findong out how to arrange special assistance for my wife. Couldn't do it while booking so ended up having to email support requesting it.

I Pay for insurance they didn’t answer

I Pay for insurance! But when you try to change your flight there’s no way in the world you can contact them!
I pay extra for the insurance I don’t see the point it’s a scam , never purchasing with this company and I’ll no recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don’t by with them

Terrible experience

Hi,
On 02 of december of 2023 I was in Munich airport when the big snowfall. I booked with eSky a train to go to Francfort and then a flight to Madrid, both operated theorically by Lufthansa. The train was cancelled and i could not go to the airport by train. Finally I went there by car and my surprise comes when at the airport i can´t do the check in with Lutfhansa. Finally, when doing the check in I was redirected to Swiss Airlines but STILL COULD NOT TO THE CHECK IN. 1 hour before the flight, I could not do the check in. The webpage was telling me it was too early to do it. I did not have any boarding passports and there was no flight (LH1122 was not listed, Lufthansa operator checked it).
I hope I can have my money back, it was 400€ for nothing. No answers, no train, no flight, nothing.

Like the previous rating

Like the previous rating, I booked with this company thinking I was direct with RyanAir. Very high add on fees and I accidently found out that the flight has been cancelled. Not a word from them or RyanAir! Really a poor service and never again!

Predatory third-party scammer site!

Somehow ended up on this site when I meant to book direct with Ryanair. Cost me quite a bit extra in 'service fees'. They are just a third-party site that does what you could do yourself. So annoying! Will check more carefully in future. If I ask for a refund, will they provide a full refund or try and scam me again?

Nunca más utilizaré esky, reserve un vuelo a las Vegas con escala en Canadá, escribí 3 emails pidiendo los billetes de la compañía para poder reservar asientos contiguos y solo se limitaban a decirme que el día del vuelo los asignarían mientras que en la compañía aérea se podían comprar los billetes de avión y reservar asientos, el resultado es que volamos dos personas en asientos separados, muchas gracias esky!!!! Is not because a low cost airlines, on the official web site of the air company allow to book a seat, is because I was writing 3 email asking for my air company ticket number but never eSky give me the ticket number to allow to me book a seat, on the esky reservation is not important information like Terminal departure, really I was desapoint and never more I will use their services again

Worst experience ever

Peor experiencia que he tenido al reservar los vuelos .
No me lo confirmaron hasta 5 horas antes de la salida. Al tener reservado alojamiento y otros transportes era esperar y ver qué pasaría o comprar otros bill.
Al final perdí los 400 euros de la reserva con Esky . No hay forma de contactar con ellos . Sólo contestan cuando das una opinión.
Primera y última vez que lo utilizo. No os confundáis con Skyscanner.

Worst experience booking flights.
The payment was done instantly when I book the tickets but no confirmation for the flights until 5 hours before the flight.
I had to book other flights to avoid losing accommodation, holidays and other train tickets. Of course before I bought other tickets ( not with esky) I tried to contact them several times . It’s impossible!!! So I lost 400 euros .
I recommend you not to use it according with my personal experience.

Can not get in contact with them

Imposible to get in touch with to make modificaciones ... The phone number given online says the number does not exist. They tell you if you want to make changes to your reservación you have to download their app.... and you still aren't given the option to change reservation.
When I go to their website my antivirus pops Up saying that the Page is not secure.
There response was to go to "my bookings" where there would be an option to change/cancel flight...
I did not get that option... and no phone number to phone... I WOULD ADVISE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... I just lost 500€ for a flight I never took. I would give them a 0 out of 5 if I could.
