Nos estafaron con los añadidos / They scammed us with additional services

Nos vendieron un "seguro" con "flexibilidad" con nuestro billete para poder hacer cambios en plena pandemia. Ahora nos clavan igual por tener que cambiar el billete supuestamente "flexible" que tenemos. Si utilizas Esky, NO CONTRATES los servicios añadidos. Son una estafa.

Esky sold us “insurance” with “flexibility” along with our plane ticket to be able to make changes in the middle of a pandemic. Now they are making us pay through the nose to change the date of a plane ticket that is supposed to “flexible”. If you use Esky, DO NOT PAY FOR any additional services. They are a scam.

Contestación a la respuesta de Esky: Se ve en su respuesta abajo que en Esky no entienden ni lo que es la "mala información" ni un "mensaje de odio". Resulta bastante ofensivo que traten a un cliente con este tipo de acusaciones. Hasta el momento, no se han puesto en contacto conmigo y no han hecho ademán de resolver este caso sin cobrar a cada paso a pesar de haber contrato el servicio "flex", que supuestamente permite cambiar el billete sin costes adicionales. Vuelvo a decir, los servicios añadidos que ofrece eSky.es son una perdida de dinero.

Answer to Esky’s reply: It is clear in the reply below that Esky doesn’t know what “misinformation” or “language of hate” even mean. It’s very offensive to treat a client with this type of false accusations. To date, I have not received any communication from Esky nor have they made any effort to resolve this case without charging at each stage of the process despite having paid for their “Flex” service, which claims to allow changes without additional costs. I repeat, the additional services offered by Esky.es are a complete waste of money.

not that great experience

I have been getting a lot of offers emails but not a single saying what is happening with my refund. And when you call they only recommend you use the online link saying they will reply back. But I have been waiting and still not a single email besides offers. So thanks

25 e mails plus… over 5 weeks WHAT service!!

with your help after 25 e mails plus over 5 weeks to recdive the RIGHT PAPERWORK

THEY KEPT TELLING ME I COULD NOT READ BUT THEY WERE NOT CHECKING THE CHANGE OF FLIGHT TIMES THAT THEY TOLD ME ABOUT!!
TODAY THEY ALTERED THE DOCUMENTS FINALLY OVER 25 E MAILS

BUT THERE IS A BUT CAN YOU BELIEVE IT

THE DOCUMENTS NOT LEGAL OR RIGHT AS THEY WERE IN POLISH!!!!
REPLIED TELLING THEM THE OBVIOUS AND SORTED IN THE HOUR

Still of the opinion avoid them at all costs, hours wasted and so disorganised and if you want you can try on the phone and lucky if you can speak to anyone in 40 minutes at about 40p minute as well

you might ask why Ryan air use them..I have no idea but look at many other views all virtually the same

Waiting forever for refund

My flight would have left Spain within 4 days, and it has been canceled both out and back. I'm still waiting for a solution from Esky. They don't give me exchange options or more information about my refund, just wait. I will file the corresponding complaint in AESA.
