I echo so many other complaints here - I ordered the toothbrushes and a bamboo hairbrush, they charged my card immediately, and since then, I've heard nothing. No reply to my emails or phone calls except crickets. I saw their ad on Instagram, and stupidly it never occurred to me that I should check on them because they might not be legit, but now I know better. Every time I see that ad now I leave a warning for anyone who might be considering purchasing, that the company is a scam and not to waste their money. I wish I could leave them zero stars.

So two weeks after making an order, have hear nothing beyond an order confirmation. Like others, wish I had checked the reviews first. Have attempted contact on several occasions and heard nothing back, but have requested the order be cancelled and asked for a refund. Next step will be charge back via credit card.

After three weeks I had heard nothing following confirmation of my order. I contacted them and received an apology and assurance they would chase up the order. I soon received word it was on its way and sure enough it has all arrived! Love the products!

My order has never arrived. Ordered in October 2023 and after repeated emails for my order to be delivered or a refund of my money, I have been totally ignored. Do not purchase from this Unethical company.

If I could select zero stars I would, no - negative stars! This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.
Ordered in January 2024, still no items and they would not return phone calls, FB messages. They did email and said I would have w/in a week...that was over 2 months ago and will not return emails any longer. I asked to cancel my order and they denied. Said I would have to receive it and then process return. Issue is - they won't send me what I ordered, but they did take my money!!! The do not like it when you comment on their social media pages - I am now fully blocked. Spread the word - THIS IS A SCAM.

Not even 1 star at this point. I ordered a 10 pack of toothbrushes in November of 2023.
Still haven't received and have sent several inquiries. I see they are still online 'on sale'

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Order not delivered. Money taken. Customer service absent. Do not order from this company.

Order from 7th October last year still un delivered.
No communication whatsoever from ethical earth store, and no response to multiple messages sent to the recommended “customer service” email addresses

Wish I had checked here before ordering. I placed an order for the 10 toothbrushes on November 24, 2023 and have not received my order as of today, January 16, 2024. I have a tracking number for all the good that has done and have recently requested a refund to which there has been no reply. DO NOT order from this company

I ordered without checking here first- big mistake. I had no response to 2 emails but I eventually received a pack of bamboo toothbrushes after bombarding their Facebook ads with negative reviews. It took nearly 2 months. I ordered a pack of 10, one of each colour. I received 10 in total....but only 3 colours. Lesson learned

Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order! Likewise I have not received my Toothbrushes, but my payment has been processed!!
My toothbrushes eventually arrived about 3 weeks after this review!

I placed an order with Ethical Earth Store on the 23rd November. It’s is now the 12th December. They have taken our money and we have not had the goods. They do not reply to emails. Really annoying. Are they scammers?

They have become a scam! They used to be dependable but have stopped sending the products you order and that has been paid for automatically. They ignore your emails and just continue posting and being active on social media. Don’t get scammed. Do not order from them. I ordered and paid my toothbrushes in August 2023.

Placed an order for over £30 on 27/11/23, they took the money and I have heard nothing from them since. They do not respond to emails.

I placed an order on 14 October then a follow up email on 30 October. No order, no reply. Don’t go there, very disappointing. Nothing ethical at all with customer service.

Not recieved order 3 months now no reply nothing. Please don't buy.

Product was never dispatched. No one bothered to reply to any queries by email or via IG. Got my money back through my bank.

How about this firm actually fulfilling the order. I orderd toothbrushes on 4th October. I am still waiting for that order, a month ago. And yes they have taken the payment. Emails have been sent to them which they ignore.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Still awaiting a bamboo toothbrushes order from September and it's now the end of October. They don't reply to emails or Facebook comments & messages. They appear to be based in China. I wish I'd checked the reviews on here before ordering, something I will now do before ordering items from other businesses that advertise on Facebook...
