Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Parcel didn't show up and it turned out that the toothbrushes I ordered were coming from China (normally I wouldn't order from there). After many emails to customer services they started ignoring me and told me to take it up with my local depot (whatever that means as they hadn't used Royal Mail or anyone recognisable). I have tried to make further contact via Facebook but they clearly know it is the same issue as I have been ignored once again. I will be raising this with my debit card provider as a last resort but I shouldn't have to. Do not order from these guys! It's just not worth the hassle and you don't get your order.

This company is anything but ethical...
I had terrible experience with this company . I ordered some bamboo toothbrushes and they took months to arrive. I sent many emails, Instagram messages etc.. asking for updates about my order which didn't even show as shipped and received no response. Finally I started a credit card dispute and was paid back the money only for them to turn up a few days later with no shipping note, order info, mention of ethical earth etc... from Chinese characters and postage they were clearly shipped directly from China. I repaid the money as I received the goods but never heard back. This company is anything but ethical...
