Terrible Communication, Package Thrown Away Without Notice
Absolutely unacceptable experience. EuroPouches has zero communication skills. We were never contacted about an issue with our shipment, and only found out through UPS that EuroPouches told them to throw our package away due to missing stamps. No warning, no email, no chance to resolve it — just gone.
We lost time and money because of their careless handling and complete lack of responsibility. Avoid this company if you expect even basic professionalism or customer service.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we’d like to clarify that this situation is quite different from how it’s described. You attempted to import a product that is not allowed in your country. Please note we clearly mention in three different places on our website that customers are always responsible at all times for customs clearance and duties.
It’s also normal in such cases that you receive information directly from UPS, because once the package leaves our continent, control is passed to the customer for local customs processes. We kindly recommend carefully reviewing the terms and local regulations before placing an order in the future to avoid such issues.
