Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – No Support from EuroPouches
This was my first order with EuroPouches, and unfortunately, it will be my last. There has been zero communication from their team regarding my request to return the package to the sender. UPS is scheduled to abandon the shipment tomorrow, and despite multiple emails to EuroPouches, I’ve received no response.
I’m now at risk of losing $600, and I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of support. If someone from the company can provide a phone number or WhatsApp contact to resolve this quickly, I’d really appreciate it.
I’m willing to delete this review if the issue is resolved — but at this point, I don’t know what else to do to get someone’s attention. Very poor customer service experience.

Never received my order to the USA! Stuck in customs. Wouldn’t order from them again complete scam they take zero responsibility and told me it’s my fault since I didn’t follow my country’s regulations 0/10

As the importer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are permitted in your country and to be aware of any local restrictions. We cannot be held responsible for the customs regulations in every U.S. state, especially given how frequently they change in your country
Our team provides accurate product descriptions, uses the correct HS codes, and completes all required export documentation. Once your parcel leaves the Czech Republic, it passes our customs clearance without issue from us to your boarder.
If a package is held, it is between you and your country's customs authority to resolve, not us. We understand your disappointment, but it's important that feedback is based on the full picture. No VAT or customs duties were charged by us, and we don’t have control over your country’s import process.

Missing items
