I ordered some clothes, quality was really bad. I asked for refund, 5 months later I still haven’t received any money. It’s unacceptable. Do not buy here .

Buyer beware!!!! Goods not received, refund not received!!!!! Stay clear of these people.

Bought 4 t shirts. Arrived 10 days after order. All fine. Good fit. Nice material. Perhaps I was just lucky!

Can I please ask every person who has been scammed by this company to let it be known on every social platform that they use! Also if you paid by PayPal or credit card you can ask for payback. If you paid by bank transfer contact your bank. Send pictures of the goods they advertised along with the actual goods you received you can claim back your money through false advertising. This company and other companies they trade under are hoping you will just leave it and put it down to lesson learned but if you do leave it then some other poor soul will end up loosing their hard earned money. If enough of us complain something will be done!!!

I don't know why this company has so many bad reviews. I ordered a dress and T-Shirt and they're both lovely. Exactly what I expected. When I contacted their customer services to find out when they would be delivered, I got an immediate and polite reply. For the sake of the planet, I've decided to cut down on buying clothes, but if I do need something new, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

This company (if you can call it that) is a complete scam. Do not waste your money. I ordered a pair of shoes on 5 June and when they hadn't arrived after a month, I started emailing them. To cut a long story short, their "customer services" just write stock answers to any enquiry as I discovered when my emails got more and more heated. I have asked for my money back or a replacement pair of shoes on numerous occasions but this has been completely ignored. To date on 7 August, I have not received my shoes, or had a refund.

I have now requested a charge back from my bank, as this is the only way I will ever see my money again.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT, I REPEAT NOT, BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OUTRIGHT SCAMMERS!!!

I have already written a review about evaemily but I thought I would mention that I paid with PayPal, I raised a claim with PayPal on 01 08 2021 and I got a refund yesterday, I was so pleased and I hope this helps other people who may have paid with PayPal

I ordered a pair of shoes on 1st July this year. Today I decided to try and track my order. It just said my order had been cancelled. No reason , no explanation and no mention of a refund. Nothing. That was it. I'm fuming. The shipping cost almost as much as the shoes. I have sent them a rather angry email today , but I don't expect to hear anything more from them. Surely they can't just be allowed to get away with these scams and fraud. There must be some law against it. It pees me off.

I made the mistake of an impulse buy without cheking them out. The clothing I receiced was nothing like the advertising they use. It was the poorest quality I've ever come across. Trying to return goods and get a refund was an impossible horrendous experience. I realised my only chance of a full refund was to turn to my card provider. They take you through a process called chargeback, the card provider returned my money immediatley and then sorted the dispute directly with the company on my behalf. My advice is just delete any potential orders you might be considering with these rogues and shop somewhere else.

The clothes that I had ordered were very poor quality. I retuned the items but EvaEmily would not refund my money……beware of ordering from this company!

My own fault I didn't check the reviews. Lesson learnt.
Returns to be sent to China. When you ask for refund, they offer 15% of what you paid, knowing it's near impossible to send returns to a tiny sweatshop in the middle of rural China. And, there was no 15% refund. Very sad, they have probably got got some very poor people making this stuff for a pittance.
I sent my crap to charity here in UK, but to be honest, I wouldn't dress my dog in the stuff.

Absolutely rubbish materials used,shoddy workmanship, ordered £40 ( mostly packaging costs 😕) worth of clothes, all unwearable. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered them. Asked for a full refund, was offered partial refund and was told to keep the order. I insisted on a full refund, returned the items to China, at my expense, approx 2 months ago, still waiting for my refund. They say they haven't received it.!!
Update : eventually received 3/4 of my refund, they say that PayPal take a small commission, so not the full refund. I've emailed them countless times, but no luck with the rest of my money. Oh well, lesson learned, always read the reviews first. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise on fb.

I didn't actually buy the product because the shipping costs were just ridiculous- £8.99 on a £15 t-shirt. The other reviews here convince me it was a narrow escape.

NEVER USE this company.
The website promises free returns, but this is then removed from the website. Apparently this happens a lot with clothing companies.
The items didn’t fit by a country mile and the material was substandard. I was asked to return the goods to China at my expense and even after returning the clothing, I had to ask my bank to intervene to get my money back.
This experience has stopped me buying online, as it would appear that customer rights don’t account for much in this instance.
An appalling company with substandard clothing and an attitude that thinks nothing of stealing my hard earned cash…!!!!!

Dreadfully long delivery time.
Disgusting quality material…. All going in the bin…. Shocked at the misrepresentation. Not a single natural fibre used in any of the garments.

How is it that the clothes advertised on Eva Emily are EXACTLY THE SAME as those on the Joy Mitty website as are the customer reviews?…

Oh dear - should have read the reviews first. Thought I was buying a knitted cardigan - turned out to be printed polyester!!! And the blouse that looked so stylish is very shoddy. Won't bother sending them all the way back to China and did have a bit of a laugh at the cheek if it. Hope it's keeping some people in work but doubt they get paid much. Live and learn...

The goods are nothing like the description or the pictures, only 2 items out of 5 were acceptable. After 4 months of gruelling emails with the retailer (who would only offer part refund for me to keep the garments or else the cost of returning them to China plus the Custom Tax would be higher than the goods themselves - they also asked to make a false declaration of the value of the goods) I successfully got a full refund through my credit card. Nowhere on their website does the Terms and Conditions or the contract (placing the order) does it mention about having to return the goods to China.
Atrocious and painful experience. Not even worth the one star rate.

I would rate this site a -0. Customer service is completely ridiculous. I ordered over £100 worth of clothes and none of them were worth keeping. The quality of the clothes was shockingly bad. I wasn’t able to return the clothes and Eva Emily were going to give me a small percentage of money back when I didn’t even want to keep the clothes. Then they were going to give me a discount for when I shop with them next. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
