This is a Chinese scam company. Do Not Buy. Cannot Believe Some People Are Still Sucked In. No Stars.

Where do I start with this review. DO NOT USE THEM!! the quality of items is beyond poor, they look nothing like what is advertised on the website. Trying to request a refund is almost impossible. They try to negotiate a discounted refund, offer for you to keep the goods, don't want to actually refund you at all. It took 15 emails and at the end I gave up. This company is fraudulent and I strongly say to everyone reading this DO NOT USE.

If I could give no stars I would. I tried to cancel the order less tan 5 hours after and was told I would have to wait and send it back. The advertised sweater is in fact a printed TShirt and is nothing like the advertised product.
Sending the product back is not an option as the post to China is too expensive

Too be honest, if I could give a zero to this Evaemily I wound without hesitation…...

Firstly, let me say that I have never posted a review before.

I bought 5 items from Evaemily for my girlfriend all of which looked nothing like the pictures on EvaEmily’s web site and all were very poor quality.

All the items were extremely cheaply made of poor quality materials and ridiculously small; one in particular looked like it was more suitable for a 5yr old than an adults size 10 item.

Once I had contact EvaEmily to return the items, they offered me increasing higher discounts to discourage me from seeking a refund, despite me reiterating the fact that the clothes didn’t actually fit my girlfriend, so why would we want to keep them, quite apart from the poor quality.

The next ploy to encourage you not to return the items, was to remind you that EvaEmily are not responsible for the return costs, which would be high, because the goods would need to be tracked & there would be customers taxes.

In addition to the refund offered, which now stood at 25%, they started offering discounts on further orders.

After some perseverance, I was told that I would need to send pictures of the items, for a supervisor to send to their factory to obtain a refund confirmation.

It was only then that I was provided with a returns address, which was in fact different to the shipping address on the original packaging.

From my original contact it took 2 weeks and in the end, I returned the items on the 23rd June 2021.
The items were valued at around £50 and cost £19 to return.
I emailed the customer service team with the tracking number as instructed.
Thereafter, I emailed about once a month to enquire as to whether they had received the items, which despite the Post Office tracking system confirming the goods had been delivered to the local Customs in Guangzhou, EvaEmily never actually received them.

It seems that EvaEmily never collected the package from the Customs office & then nearly 6 moths later (11th Dec 2021) the package was returned back to me in the Uk. ,!!

In summary in my experience with EvaEmily is that they
- Supply poor quality clothing
- Clothing that looks nothing like they advertise.
- The sizing is not true.
- Make it extremely difficult if not impossible to return items & get a a refund.

My advice is to avoid at all costs.

Nothing on their website is what you get. Everything is screen printed onto cheap inferior materials (the word fabric is too good for them!) When you want to return the rubbish they have sent there is no communication. And while I'm at it..... I got ZERO response from PayPal when I opened a case against the evaemily fraudsters. Hence I will be closing my PayPal account. While PayPal and credit card companies allow these horrific companies to pay through them and rip off people there is no hope. I just wish we were back to the wonderful 50's and 60's when I grew up and the world didn't have the toxic internet and the toxic media sites.

1 star is too good for this company, take my advice and stear clear of them. I waited weeks for my order and when it finally arrived I had a package full of cheap trash that didn't even remotely resemble the product advertised. I tried to get a refund from them but they said I'd have to return the goods at my expense to China and the taxes would be more than the refund. They suggested that I keep them and they'd give me a discount off my next order! I opened a case with PayPal and they sided with me and I received a full refund.

1 star is too good.
I couldn't find reviews when I ordered so ordered over £100 worth of goods on the 30th Oct . I'm still waiting to receive any of the goods . I have tried tracking but its written in Chinese, very useful...NOT...
I have also emailed several times for an update only to receive a list of items I have ordered and told to be patient. How patient do you need to be !
I was planning on returning the lot as they were for Christmas but reading reviews regarding returns it seems if they do arrive I'm stuck with them.

Why is FB allowing this scamming company to advertise on its platform and why aren't trading standards on the case. It is terrible that this company is using pictures taken from original sites but the items are cheap, low quality knock offs.
Please, please do not buy a single thing from this site. It just enables them to carry on with what they are doing. Please report your experience to trading standards or Rip off Britain on BBC. Let's fight to get our money back and also stop it happening to others.
Let's not forget the original designers who are getting their clothes and shoes/boots knocked off .
Just do not buy off this site.

I ordered, what I thought was, a knitted Fair Isle style jumper. What I got was a thin sweater with the 'knitted' design printed on it in garish colours. It looks AWFUL. Totally different to the picture and description on the Evaemily site.
I have read some of the other complaints on Trustpilot about Evaemily and the difficulties with returning items so I will not be returning the item. The only use for it would be to use as a cloth for cleaning the house. I will not be shopping on that site again.

So to avoid the hassle to return the item back to us, how about we refund you 10% payment and you keep the item?And we can also offer you a good discount on your next time.

Ordered 3 ‘jumpers’ or so I thought. Just nasty polyester T-shirts with printed ‘knitting’ design. Absolutely awful. Nothing like the picture. Now I have to pay for the privilege of returning this rubbish.

Spent £40 on a pair of shoes, wore them twice before the soles came off. They were just glued on with cheap glue. Absolute scam. Didn't look the same as the picture either, you could tell they were a cheap replica. I actually asked for a refund before they arrived because I thought this might be the case when I saw where they were being shipped from, and it was refused as the shoes were allegedly in transit. Complete waste of money.

DO NOT buy from this company. Quality is horrendous, fit is horrendous. I sent the items back for a refund, at my expense, in May. This month (Nov), they sent the return parcel back to me! No refund given, no explanation. Cowboys, frauds...stay well way.

5 stars for TRUST PILOT for giving us all the opportunity to check out businesses like this before we part with our cash. Unless I'm buying from a household name I always check on here first. I have been saved from more than one bad experience by following this mantra. Another tip always click on About Us, Contact Us, and Delivery/Returns sections, invariably the lack of specific info will sound the alarm bells. Be vigilant everyone and hip hip hooray for Trust Pilot and everyone of you that takes the time to warn us!

Terrible. 15-25 days for a refund

Good customer service & fair prices, however be prepared to wait around 20-25 days for arrival of goods as they are shipped from China. I was unable to track them & customer services wouldn't track them for me but they were very quick to reply & gave me faith that my goods would arrive. Goods (boots size 6) were a good fit when arrived. Quality is what you pay for but I like the style so for me all was ok, but be prepared to wait!

False advertising. Completely different to pictures. Scalf made with felt, received printed polyster which wasn't even sown correctly. Boots - calf so big I could fit clenched fist down them. GARBAGE!!!!

The clothes this company sell are absolutely nothing like the photos,
I bought 6 items one was supposed to be free but I never received the free item,
The other 5 items arrived quite some time after I ordered them, and it was because of this that I checked the company and wished I had looked before,
Everything was made of cheap nylon print, one of the items was supposed to be a wool jumper but again it was a made of cheap printed nylon and badly made.
So disappointed, would like to buy the real items but these are just cheap and nasty
They all ended up in a skip.
Don't waste your money !!

I'm reluctant to even give one star. Very poor quality goods & no way of returning (apparently you would have to pay high customs tax plus there is no return address).This information is not on the website. Luckily, I only ordered one item. Don't go near this company, they will rip you off & I wish I had gone with my original gut instinct.
