Goods poor quality and fit. Poor customer service

Goods were poor fit even when their size chart was used. Poor quality, unlike photo used to advertise. I have emailed re returning, only response is do not send to address from which it came and returns will take a long time.....no return address given. Offer to refund 15% . Socking response, I will not use again and would not recommend

EvaEmily advertising clothing

EvaEmily advertising clothing. Refunds are a no no. You may be offered a 10%discount. This is not a legitimate company. It's actually a shipping company. I paid through PayPal, thinking that it was safe. Unfortunately they have not helped with the request for refund as clothing is not as advertised. Really bad ethics, in dealing with complaints. I would not recommend this company.

EVAEMILY really bad company beware

Really bad company beware
At no time was I told they were in China
There add was next to a Debenhams add I thought that’s where the order was coming from,the items came horrendous quality cheep and nasty one jumper was coming apart the only thing that I would keep is a tee shirt when I asked to return items they said the postage was more than they were worth ? If I send the items back I had to pay the postage even thou one jumper was faulty. So the whole order was over £84 expensive tee shirt ?? The only thing worth keeping.The rest can go to charity, you learn by your mistakes should have checked it on trustpilot first.for the last couple of years I have bought things form other China company’s never had a problem not like this EVAEMILY BEWARE FAULTY GOODS

Rubbish and rubbish again

Rubbish and rubbish again. Spent nearly £200 the goods are shabby. No labels on. Creased badly 😢. I've complained and complained they just fob u off. And they sent me earings 6 stones missing out of 1 of them. I've complained nothing at all. Don't use them evaemily.com CRAPcrap

Pretty cardigan

Not sure how this company gets so many bad reviews.
I'm really impressed with the quality of my purchase, really pretty cardigan and true to size.
It took a little longer than I was expecting
But customer service replied to my email within a couple of hours to explain the delivery time.
I will order again from this company.

Well what can I say

Well what can I say ! I just wish I had read the reviews , I placed big order , waited ages for the delivery and the quality was awful , 4 tops all medium yet different sizes ? Ordered grey shoes and got cream , the whole order was a shambles and a total waste of money , I’m wouldn’t use this site again , if I had the patience I would return the whole order but that would probably be another shambles. Next time I will ensure I read reviews ,

I placed a large order (almost £80…

I placed a large order (almost £80 worth) thinking it was a UK based company. When I looked up some reviews I realised it was coming from China and contacted them straight away for a refund as I needed the clothes within 10 days for a function. I can't comment on the quality of the goods as I cancelled my order but I can't fault the customer service. They replied to my email within 24 hours, informed me that due to a refund fee from Paypal I would have to pay 5% from refund (at this point I thought losing £4 in contratst to £80 for potentially unacceptable goods that I wouldn't recieve on time wasn't a massive hit) and agreed. 12 hours after sending the email to approve the refund, I received it. The emails were polite and helpful. Maybe it might have been different if I had tried to retrieve a refund after receiving the goods but in this instance I am hapy with how it was handled.

Stay away

Being given the right run around looks like a French company actually China tracking numbers don't work or say goods on the way to a different country buyer beware stay away
Received clothes very poor quality trying to send back but being given the run around now have to send pictures before I can get a address to return these exceptionally poor quality clothes

Dreadful company selling shabby goodsaving taken nearly 6 weeks to arrive

Having taken nearly 6 weeks to arrive, when I opened the package it was appalling quality fabric, shabby finish and when I asked to return it I was told I'd have to pay the shipping costs to Hong Kong ! After weeks of battling with Eva Emily they've offered a £3.92 refund - the item cost £18.19.

Dreadful company and they shouldn't be allowed to trade

Terrible quality struggling to get a full refund

Big delays getting the items I’d ordered. Hadn’t realised they were coming from China.

Items arrived and in spite of the description stating linen/cotton they were made of some horrible man made material which I suspect is highly flammable.

Another top is in such faded material it looks old and washed out. The fabric quality is so poor the neck and hem are loose and sloppy.

The shape of one top is like a rectangle so its a poor fit too.

I’ve been in touch with the company who started off by offering a 25% discount on the order and I keep the good. Then 5% discount on future purchases and finally their best offer is 35% discount.

I’ve persisted and said the garments are nothing like they’ve been advertised, of poor quality etc and I want 100% refund.

Now they’re saying I have to return it all the China at my cost plus a whole load of other conditions.

I need to see how much it will cost to return to China first but I suspect it won’t be worth the effort.

I think I’d have a better chance of surviving Squid Games than getting all my money back!

I’ll never buy from them again. A complete waste of time and money.

I ordered a cardigan and the wrong item was sent. I now can’t get a refund.

I ordered a cardigan online from EvaEmily. It took 5 weeks to arrive and when the parcel arrived it was the wrong item. EvaEmily won’t give me a full refund - at most a partial refund and a discount on my next purchase!! They have refused to answer my questions directly instead hiding behind their stock reply - we will give you a small refund. I won’t get the postage and packing back though.

My advice to anyone looking to buy from EvaEmily is - don’t.

Evaemily rubbish

I ordered 7 items in January. The 1st 4 quite quickly but they were hideous, poor quality and nothing like they looked on the pictures. I complained to them and asked them for instructions on returning them and told them to cancel the rest if the order. They went ahead and 'hurried through' the 5th item which was every bit as bad. Fortunately the other 2 items were out of stock. A fair bit of correspondence was exchanged and on 5th March they agreed to give me a refund. Despite several reminders they thank me for my patience, no refund has been given and they're blaming the delay on World pay. I strongly recommend that this company be avoided.

This company sent very poor quality…

This company sent very poor quality clothing. When I tried to return I could find no clear address on the paperwork inside. Eventually I noticed, in very small print, on the label outside "please return to...." a B'ham address. I was subsequently told by them it was the wrong address and I would get no refund. They seem immovable on this.

Nice Tops - Happy With Order

Although it took a month for my order to arrive I am very pleased with it - I ordered 2 tops and a pair of socks and they are all as pictured. I didn’t get any updates but as I realised it would take a while did not try to chase so cannot comment on customer service.

Poor quality rip off...

They also operate under the BONSDESIGN.DE. The goods are HORRIBLE. Nothing like advertised. Made of very cheap material - polyester, even though advertised as cotton/ linen. Sizes are all over the board - some items were too small, some too big. DO not buy from them.

was waiting with anticipation for my order to arrive, was very disappointed by the workmanship.
The sewing was sub standard ,the button holes were
not sewn properly at all, and the extra material used on the seam on both sides of the jacket was not sewn with the same colour thread ,so it stands out a mile.
The product didnt look like the picture, had pattern printed on it, very disappointed.
Could of bought a jacket at home cheaper, but it was unusual, learned a lesson the hard way.

I paid for an item over 6 months ago…

I paid for an item over 6 months ago keep emailing them to say item not arrived and keep being told it’s in transit. Sorry over 6 months is long enough to wait. Keep asking to be refunded and still will not give my money back. Sad thing it’s a dress my mum wanted to be treated to after she got out of hospital. Terrible don’t trust them.
