Don't buy anything from this company! The most expensive item they still have not delivered! Even though you chased for delivery or refund, they just replied you with rubbishes! I have been waitting for more than three months but no delivery and also no refund at all! The quantities of other items that they had delivered are also not good!

I should have read the reviews and done some research before using this company. The representation of what I ordered was a heavy cotton sweatshirt with a dog picture and some writing but what arrived 10 days later was a horrible nylon long sleeve t-shirt; seriously awful. This company must rely on one off purchases because I do not believe that anybody would use this company again. And getting a full refund is impossible so I have written it off as a lesson to check reviews first before buying.

Avoid this company. I can only reiterate the other reviews. They are based in Hong Kong and you have to meet refund costs which are really high..that's if you ever get to that stage.
The clothing is poor and nothing like the images.
I'm so glad I didn't order very much from them and wish I had read the reviews and done a little research before ordering. I always do now!!.

Do not buy , total waste of money .
I spent £80 on orders that I thought would be as pictures ,it took over 4 weeks to arrive,and was not worth the wait...
Tops cheap fabric beach shoes,the same .Straight in the charity bag .

The biggest pile of crap I’ve ever bought , don’t bother I really wish I had read the reviews , clothes are really flimsy and the shoes that were £28 were like £5 beach ones from primark , the shoes were supposed to zip up from the back of the heel , would be ok if your ankles were only about inch wide 😂

Ditto to other reviews - wish I'd looked at this before my purchase. The quality of clothing is so poor it is unwearable and looked nothing like the advert. I have spent all week trying to get a refund...was offered 10%, then 20% then finally 35% or the option to send the package back to China on a tracked return (which would have cost £17) and frankly I didn't trust them to payout anyway. A purchase of £22.98 and a refund of £4.90 - I cut my losses in the end. I've learnt my lesson sadly.

Very disappointed with tops/jumpers I got as they were not like what was pictured and also.. the free one I should have received was apparently not in stock so I'm now waiting 3 months later for a refund of the free jumper???? Will not be buying from these people again!

The garments from this company are APPALLING - do not purchase from them - it is a scam. I am so angry with myself for not reading reviews before sending them my hard-earned cash! I can now see from other comments that I am unlikely to get my money back. The dress described as cotton was the cheapest nylon I have ever seen. The hem has been left undone! Extraordinary.

Wish I read some of the reviews before buying 🤬🤬 do not buy from this company cheap and nasty products payed £30 for a pair of slip on trainers and when I got them they were nothing like the picture 🤬🤬 hate being ripped off and I certainly was with my purchase AVOID at all cost!!!!!!

Treating exactly as previous reviewers .. Item didn’t fit that was purchased at £32 ….. offered to keep and refund 10% … Life too short to feel poisoned by this shameful company and I was stupid enough to not look first but have learnt !! KEEP AWAY they have no shame .

Disgusting clothes looking nothing like the website and made out of some cheap horrid nylon - tried to return kept offering me a discount eventually agreed to 50% as no doubt any returns would magically be 'lost' still waiting for refund since February 2021 now they are blaming worldpay DO NOT BUY from these scammers

I purchased a pair of shoes which were meant to be a size 38 or uk 5. They were way too small and i contacted customer services. They offered me 15%, then 25%, then 40% refund, however I refused them all and have received nothing as I can't do anything with shoes that are too small for me and I refuse to pay for postage to return an item which isn't as listed. I offered to have them ready for collection, but they never took this up from me. I am very disappointed as I have shoes which are way too small and am out of pocket by £35.00. I would shop at your own risk!!!

Like many others who have left reviews, I (mistakenly and unusually) didn't check for reviews prior to ordering. The clothes did arrive in reasonable time but the quality and fit was terrible - such cheap fabrics and poorly made.
I emailed the same day as instructed on their returns form and was then advised about Chinese import taxes (which would be expensive) and offered a 10% refund, keeping the clothes. On the basis of reviews here, I immediately responded (sending them a link to Trust Pilot) and suggested a 40% refund and I'd give the clothes to charity. Within moments, they confirmed acceptance. Whether the refund materialises remains to be seen. I'm still out of pocket of course but it seemed the least painful route. Lesson learned.

Absolutele rip off. Clothes nothing like the pictures. One off the tops they sent me came as a bloody goalkeeper jersey I returned all the items and as expected they got lost and no refund. Cist me 35 tracking Absolutely corrupt.

I ordered 3 tops. 1 correct but poor quality fabric. Nothing like as good as in the photos. 1 top didnt arrive - was given 2 of my other choice instead. Asked for a refund for these as the sleeves were ridiculously long. Was asked to send a photo - which I did. Haven't heard back...it's been months. Poor quality fabric; mislead by great looking sales promo photos. Yes, it was too good to be true at the prices asked. Do not get drawn in.

This company is absolutely dreadful.
I waited 6 weeks for a sweatshirt to arrive and it was the wrong size. I was offered 15% refund - they tried everything to persuade me to keep it - then said I had to post it back to China with full tracking etc which would have cost more than the item.
I gave it to charity instead

The clothes are not what are shown. You will have a long long wait to be refunded, if you are lucky to be refunded.
I am still awaiting a refund from Jan 2021 as my item of clothing was not in stock. After 50 e mails or more, I am still waiting. They are fobbing me off, saying waiting for worldwide pay to refund.

Avoid this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I was tempted by lovely looking clothes. The photos do not reflect what the clothes actually look like. They are disgusting. Cheap material, badly sewn. The shoes were advertised as leather. They were cheap canvas. This company lies. How are they still getting away with trying to palm off this rubbish as wearable clothing? I am furious that they are so misleading. Please be warned and don't fall for the nice photos. It cost me £19 to return the 3 items. Bitterly disappointed and out of pocket. AVOID.

For the first time I didn’t check reviews before buying from a new suppliers BIG MISTAKE, all I can say is they have a great website with items which bear no resemblance to what you are sent, don’t do it and hope you read these reviews before you make the same mistake

SCAM..... Managed to get a full refund after raising a complaint with the resolution centre on pay pal. I was also offered a 30% discount, but refused it, in order to get a full refund.
