Don’t buy..... still waiting for delivery

Diabolical company. After months of trying to send back faulty, extremely poor quality goods, my fantastic credit card company took up my case and managed to get me a full refund.

Such a shame, items I bought were great but 1 item was incorrect and was not what I ordered, don't bother trying to return anything they are not interested, was offered 15% refund on item and I could keep the wrong item, what a joke. So charity box has a new item I'm sure someone will want it

My wife daftly ordered from this company. I would have checked this website first. The clothes arrived eventually. Quite pleasant tops but the sleeves were almost down to the floor. Do they use orangutans for models?? Trying to request a refund but seems they do not. Eventually agreed to 40% but no holding out for it's arrival. AVOID

Save your money and put them out of business. They don't give refunds even when they say they will. All you will get back is just excuses and fob offs. They should not be allowed to trade. Tell everyone on your social media platforms everywhere, Twitter, face book, anything you can but tell every potential person who will fall for this to stay away from them and then they'll go under and rightly so.

You should be aware that if you wish to receive a refund, after them offering various % refunds and keep the goods (40% so far) when you finally get a return address from them, its China. Obviously, that is expensive to return and is a material consideration which they fail to mention on their website. Don't buy from this Company.

I ordered a garment from these people and when it arrived it had a big whole in it. In spite of repeated e-mails they agreed but did not fulfill any refund; just offered a discount on future purchases. That won’t be happening. Don’t buy from these people

I also ordered from Evaemily & a lot of the items were nowhere near the size they claimed to be....I was also told they would only refund about 20% as they said I'd be charged custom tax if I returned items which is not mentioned on their website. I did argue this & basically reported them, I also disputed my purchase through VISA & also paypal & I am pleased to say I got all my money back. I did return the items in the end to Hong-Kong as I was advised to do so but again PayPal refunded my postage costs. If you can dispute the purchase & you should be ok.

I can’t believe that I have fallen for this scam once again!
The top I ordered bears no resemblance to the one that arrived, which was a very cheap copy of the original.
It was only when I tried to return it, did I realise that I had been here before.
NEVER EVER order anything from this company or others whose adverts pop up on your mobile phone!

Do not buy from this company. I didn't even get to see the item I ordered as the parcel was lost in transit. The courier (Hermes) admitted this but EvaEmily, after many, many emails would only part refund me as they said it was not their fault! I was left out of pocket. Avoid them like the plague.

Spent over £100, asked for refund. Offered 15% refund only and keep goods. Why would I keep clothes I've no intention of wearing. Asked for return address as they state they offer. Had no reply as yet. Don't suppose I will reading other reviews.

Absolutely rubbish items. You wait ages the smell of glue from my pumps marked leather. Which were cotton were enough to cause a allergic reaction. Waited 3 weeks for rubbish over priced trash

Realised when my parcel came that I’d fallen into the same trap as last year, ordered some garments, that looked good on line. Not checking where they were from and now I’m stuck with the rubbish they’ve sent out to me . I haven’t got the energy to fight with them, it took me lots of emails last time and I didn’t get a refund.
Disgusting company, ripping off customers.
BEWARE KEEP AWAY FROM COMPANIES LIKE THESE. Always check where their based before you order.

The material is very cheap and nasty, The clothes I received looked nothing liked the ones pictured online. When I asked to return them I was told that the company is based in China and it would cost more in customs tax to return the clothes that what they were worth....they then suggested I keep the clothes and they would refund me 10% of my £40!!!

I can only echo the many bad reviews on here. The item I purchased plus the postage ended up a waste of money. The top was nothing like the advertised picture. Clearly they have copied an image and in their sweat shop exploited people to produce awful 'replicas'.

After 4 months of sending emails andsometmes getting a response which was often a triplicate of the same message from different names/people, I got a message saying they would give me a 50% refund, which I never got, unsurprisingly. I suspect that this business has changed its status as my emails have disappeared and I am left with what I call a cleaning cloth.
DO NOT PURCHASE! BE WARNED!

This is the worst online company. I am trying to find a way to expose them to all consumers. I purchased a gift for a friend who has a dog. Before I got the item her dog had died and I returned it. It cost ne £12.10 whuch was half tge cost of the item. I had proof of postage but not a tracking number. Tracking would have cost me the price of the item. They are saying they can not refund as the item can not be tracked in their warehouse. Please tell me there is a way to stop them from advertising.

FRAUDSTERS!! Do not buy anything from this company! I have been waiting for my order for 3 months. Because the goods did not delivered, I demanded a refund. On March 5,they promised to refund the money within 15 days, but did not return it,then when I wrote again,they promised to refund money within 3-5 days,but did not refund money. Out of 11 things only 3 were sent to me.I contacted the company to enquire where they were? Company said:,, I put wrong address on my order’’ and asked me for a further £8 for delivery!! My address was correct. I have stuff delivered all the time. They said I either pay the extra delivery or my goods will be destroyed with no refund.I charged for future delivery,they wrote that I sent the wrong code of my payment,then I sent a photo with the code with my payment order,but they wrote to me that they destroyed my goods,and the money was not returned to me. Shameless deception!!! I have all the documents to prove it. Maybe this is done to foreign people who cannot defend themselves. I have all the documents to prove it. It’s so disgusting to mock an old woman, I spent so much nerve shed many tears from such an insult.

None of the clothes I ordered were the same as their pictures but they are ALL copies from other real items on other sites which are ligit !!!
All are made cheaply & not worth Anyone’s money or time !!
Utterly rubbish!

I ordered and paid for a pair of boots on Feb 1st. I was promised delivery for last week in March. I contacted the company to enquire where they were.
They said I'd put the wrong address on my order and that the order had been returned. They asked me for a further £8 for delivery!!!
My address was correct. I have stuff delivered here all the time.
I contacted them to explain this.
They said l either pay the extra delivery or my goods will be destroyed with no refund.
I'm fuming!!!!
