Unprofessional behaviour

I have been waiting for 3 months for my £20 refund because the jumper I ordered was discontinued.
I would accept a nice
size 22 longish top or jumper in blue and mauve instead but nothing has happened at all.
I don't see why you get to keep my money.
Unless you take some action I will continue to put derogative comments onto your feedback.
It is also ridiculous to say a refund takes 25 working days.because it has never appeares
You have had so much time to put it right.
Neither myself or my friends will ever use your catalogue again.

I have ordered and paid for £100 plus…

I have ordered and paid for £100 plus in clothing goods from this company and when they arrived were undersized and of poor quality. When i tried to return the items and get a return address thats wen i realised something was up with this company. Poor response time, several responses later was offered 15% refund and keep the clothes then 30% refund and keep the clothes. Their words After much pressure i decided to cut my loses and accept 30%. I am waiting for my refund which they say can take 25 days. Disappointed and upset that I've been taken advantage off.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before i just wasted £66.00 i order 2 tops and 1 dress on the 2nd of April so i was surprised when the parcel arrived today but unfortunately it contained 1 top and 1dress they are so small maybe size 8/10 i ordered XXXL im a size 20 so there's no way the clothing will ever fit me im going to try and return them but i won't hold my breath after reading these reviews . Ho dear what a waste of money.

Buy from this company at your own…

Buy from this company at your own peril. Spent £70 on clothes. When they arrived they were nothing like the advertised items, ill fitting and extremely poor quality. When I complained, that they were the wrong sizes and asked for a returns address and a refund they ignored any further correspondence i sent. DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT purchase anything from this site, they will rip you off.......

Do not buy from this company EVA EMILY unless you have money to waste!! The item I received and the quality of the item were nothing like the one advertised. It’s disgusting they are allowed to get away with this it’s shameful. I wasted £50 on a coat and they would not refund my money.

Waste of money/ and a conn company

If I had the option of giving minus stars I would.
This company sent me damaged clothing and offered me a 15% refund.
Disgusting customers service. Waste of money, Cheap quality, and no returns address given.
I do know which company I paid almost £100 for my first order. It was EvaEmily
Also, I have emailed the company asking to clarify if I am able to return the item hassle free. Which I have received a ridiculous reply bearing in mind that I was sent a damaged dress.

The return statement on the website indicates that the returned shipping cost is your own responsibility. Hope you can understand. We will refund the items you returned, but the shipping cost is not included.

Is this even allowed? To pay approx £20 but declare the item no more than £2 or will be detained?
Why has this company not been reported to trading standard yet?
It seems that they mislead their customers by photoshopping the images on the website. And nasty cheap fabric used and sent to customers. They are a fraud company.

The products were nothing like…

The products were nothing like advertised. They were cheaply and badly made and the sizing was way too small.
Sadly after reading other reviews I realise I may as well throw it in the bin as they never get back in touch .
I will NEVER order from here again . Complete rubbish .

Rubbish

Had to put 1* but would of put -5*. Clothing arrived not as photo and not as described. If you order a pink stiletto and a blue boot arrives yes you can put it on your foot but it’s not what you want. Perfect example of evaemilys merchandise and marketing. Quality Rubbish.

The quality of the material used is…

The quality of the material used is terrible and the items do not look the the picture when I ordered . Very disappointed with my order and really disappointed with the refund process !!!I hope I get my money back

Absolute bloody crap

Absolute bloody crap. Should be done under the trades description act! I ordered 3 tops, all were very poor quality and 2 sizes too small than sizes advertised. Just wish I'd of read the reviews first. Bad quality, too small and try to return them ..... well it would be quicker to travel to the moon and back!!! Very slow response via email. Please dont order from here. Photos are obviously photo shopped!!! Go elsewhere quick!!!!

Very Shoddy Work

I have been extremely disatIsfied with this company. They have not been able to deliver goods which I have paid for and seem unconcerned. I have emailed them several times asking that they look into my case but they send trite apologies and say be patient and send a tracking order which shows my parcel has been delivered somewhere, just not to me. I must cut my losses and lose £19.97. I will never use this company again and will never recommend to anyone else to buy from this company. They send email promotions regularly which do not appear to have an 'unsubscribe' option.
Very shoddy work.

What is going on

What is going on. My reviews don't seem to be great lately. However, I wish I looked at Trust pilot before I got caught up in the beauty of Evaemily.

Such colourful and unusual thing. Stunning. I thought I was getting a bargain. The truth is I have put better things in the charity shop. I couldn't believe what I got. The cheapest of the cheap. I have never seen that type of material before.

I want my money back and i'm going to get it.

Please do not buy from this company

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a "sweat shirt" for my daughters' birthday. What turned up (eventually - 2 weeks later), was a long sleeved T Shirt made of the cheapest possible material. The neck isn't even finished off; its just trimmed off at the edge!! It's cheaper looking than the £1.50 garments found on seaside fronts for babies!! I attempted a refund without success. I think this company has no morals. do not buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM EVA EMILY. Everything highlighted by all the other one star reviewers here is absolutely true. The clothes are dreadful quality, the website is entirely misleading in every way, and the customer service is appalling. Returning items is not really an option as you will have to pay all the shipment to Hong Kong, and anyway they don't really want the stuff back. So if you are unfortunate enough to have already wasted your money on this company like I did, your best option is to carefully comply with their request for photo evidence and description of all the problems (sizing, quality etc) and keep persisting to get a refund. For myself, I realised it was pointless trying to pursue a 100% refund from them, so I worked out which goods I could accept (i.e. the least horrid items), and pursued a refund on the goods that were entirely unacceptable. I then worked out a sum I could stomach as a refund factoring in the shipment/taxes etc involved. So, eventually, after a couple of months of persistence I successfully negotiated a refund of 50% of the goods that I said I was not happy with (but not 50% of the total sum). It was a painful ordeal though. Another point to note is that Evaemily stopped replying to me at one point, so I switched to the email provided on my PayPal payment history, and I seemed to get somewhere with that. I never pursued a PayPal dispute as my understanding was that they would require the goods to be returned and anyway I had had enough of it all so I just accepted the money I got. Lesson learned the hard way.
