I have just received my order after waiting one month and the dresses are truly awful. Cheap material, badly made rubbish and poor communication from the company. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought.

Advise not to buy from this company
I purchased a top from this company when it arrived it didn't reflect the picture and was cheap polyester material.
I emailed them to obtain the return address!
They replied requesting I send details of the top with a picture of me wearing it!
I did this but had no reply. I attempted to e mail them many times but I have had no reply.
Be warned the quality of my goods was so poor and then they do nothing to allow a return/ refund.

I ordered a cotton blend printed shift dress. The picture showed a lovely print on a linen look fabric. What arrived was a hideous polyester monster with a poor photographic print on it that was vile in comparison to the picture. It looks like an old overall that Hild Ogden from coronation street might have worn. Do not buy from this company...ever

I was so relieved to receive the sweatshirt after reading the awful reviews. The sweatshirt is amazing lovely quality. I was also kept up to date re delivery. I will definitely buy from this company again

Shockingly bad company. The goods were appalling quality / sizes all wrong and then you have the difficult process to try to get a refund. Offered 15% off, then 20% off and finally pleading from the company to accept the deal. Thank goodness I used PayPal who are looking into it.

Despite 3 months of emails and proof of payments, I have never received any item ordered and paid for. Customer service is just emails asking me to send proof of order, then saying please resend as lost??? Emails back and forth and still nothing. Total scam company, took my money no goods delivered and now no refunds of money paid, certainly learnt my lesson, will not order online again

I ordered 2 pairs of colourful, chunky 'knitted socks' which I had taken a fancy to; and to make up the order, had added a set of thin 'national socks': which appeared from the photo to be a set of 5. What I received was 3 pairs of 'national' socks. The company does not or cannot see that there is anything wrong with this, and offered me just a 20% refund! Anyone can see that the colurful big chunky socks ordered are nothing like the thin pairs (that I could have bought from Primark without going to the expense of postage costs from China). I will never order from this company again. The correspondence has gone on for months, and they clearly don't understand the basic principles of customer service, despite their claims.

Dont order, I got mixed up with reviews with another company who had a similar name and reviews were good. Then I received my 2 sweatshirts, material awful.. Thin and poorly stitched,look nothing like photos on website. When I googled the name for reviews I discovered my mistake. Never again.

I ordered 3 dresses and they arrived weeks later . I could not believe how rubbish they were very poor standard . They would not give me a return adress and have made returns very difficult . PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I am 75 pounds out of pocket for items I would be ashamed to donate to charity.

I ordered several items all took months to get to me. When they did arrive the quality was terrible. One of the tops was terribly small so I wrote to them. The same response in getting me to photograph item, which I did. Then they did supply an address in china to send it to and they also wanted it tracked! I have written back saying I am not interested in a 20% discount but i want assurance they will refund the tracked postage. No answer yet. Also another item didnt arrive and apparently out of stock! What a nightmare. I'm going to approach my bank now and hope they can do something?

I wish I had checked Trustpilot first clothes are fakes of pictures printed cheap fabric and sizes are a lucky dip. I have not atempted a refund but thought i would confirm what others are saying here the clothes you will receive are nothing like their pictures or descriptions.

This company should not be allowed to trade. None of the products I ordered looked anything like the photographs on their website. The material/fabric is cheap and the clothes are poorly finished. I spent a considerable amount of money and when I requested to return the items I was constantly 'fobbed off' with exactly the same email being sent asking for further information and the reason why I wanted to return them. I finally managed to get a refund by opening a case through Paypal - who were brilliant.

Very unpleasant experience, items are made from very cheap plastic like fabric , which I was allergic to, stitching is uneven and over all poor quality, items look different from pictures and it is a long and difficult process to return it , it took many emails to get return address, and now I'm about to send it all back , in a hope of a refund , from my experience I would advise againts ordering anything from this site.

UPDATE on dispute with EvaEmily

After persisting in rejecting their offers of a 15% refund and then a 20% refund for the goods described as knittwear which turned out to be printed polyester of diabolical quality I opened a dispute with PayPal. Again the offered a partial refund, but after I rejected that I received a full refund for the sum I asked for today. Irony will have it that a delayed item that was out of stock arrived at the same time. I was really forward to it
- described as a fluffy multi layer Summer dress with a dandelion motive in my favourite colours of turquoise, orange, yellow with a fashionable zippy cut in a linen rich fabric. Needles to say it was a tight A line cut one layer sack with bad seams. But I am too weary to raise another dispute. Just want to warn others - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM EVA EMILY NO MATTER HOW GORGEOUS THEIR ADVERT LOOKS.

Update.... On day 41, I received an email apologising for the delay. The missing item was out of stock and they were going to make a refund to me. I have actually received it! It hit my credit card on day 45 after my first complaint to them. So very, very slow to respond, but no messing about once they finally got around to dealing with me. Result!!

Terrible company. Their photos of the clothes are nothing like the real goods. The fabric is cheap and nasty. Looks like they try to copy the photographer items. The sizing are random too. I emailed as instructed to return the goods. It was clear they had NO intention to refund me my money. Their reply was to ask me to wear the tops I'd bought and take photographs! I refused saying that was a bizarre request. They also said not to try to return the goods to the address on the package as it's not their returns address. These people are scammers. Don't be fooled by the look of the garments they advertise. What you will receive are poor quality copies.

Don't buy anything from them quality as really bad and will not let you return the purchase. Contacted PayPal and they have refunded me.

This is my second review of this company. Just dreadful. As others have said it is a total scam. I was determined to take them to task, and return my tacky item of clothing. Eventually I received an e mail with a return address in China! So I wrapped up the garment and went to the post office. It would have cost me £16.10 to return! The item cost £25.00. Clearly I didn't send it as I am sure I wouldn't have received the refund.
Let anyone you know about this company, it should not be trading here in the UK. A complete disgrace.

This is a rubbish company. I do wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered 3 blouses. It took months for them to arrive and the large size I ordered was in fact a small and no good. They do not answer emails and I emailed them for a return address and it took about 4 emails for them to send it. they also only offer you 15% back for the garments. I am in communication with my bank trying to get my money back. I wrote to the Daily Mail where I had seen their advert on the front page but they were not really interested.
