Cheap Chinese goods rebranded as Everra, avoid at all costs! Go to amazon if you must buy and get direct at half the price. Will never purchase from them again.

This product was completely not as described and is false representation. ( knee brace) the knee support bace has strong springs and is so uncomfortable cannot be used.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought the UltraRadiance™ by Evercura. The first one arrived but was faulty. After numerous emails (all very courteous) they sent me a replacement. This was also faulty. They have them ignored every email I have sent them asking for a refund.

I returned the knee braces immediately received them as they were uncomfortable and did not help in any way. These were returned under their promise of guaranteed money back if not satisfied.they were very cooperative in their emails giving return address and instructions and I obtained proof of delivery which I sent to them and asked the status of my refund . In response I received one e mail stating it had been referred to a manager. Since then I have sent repeated e mails but received no reply The goods were returned to the and signed for on 1st October 2020. I cannot find a telephone number for this company so can only accept the loss of £40 which is a lot of money to an old age pensioner - this being me!

Still waiting for a refund for a useless knee product.They took weeks to even send me a return address, and are now ignoring my emails asking for a refund. Item has been returned, but they send out an obsequious computer generated response to e mails,no other acknowledge. Incompetent,certainly, bent probably.

RUBBISH - DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.
Sent for the knee braces for my husband, they finally came (probably from China) and had NO instructions. There was nno way he would be able to wear these pieces of junk for any length of time, so contacted them to ask for some instructions, which never arrived, and a return address. After a number of emails they finally gave me an address and asked for the goods to be tracked. Did this, which cost me over £4. and informed them the goods had been returned and signed for, and would they process my refund. Had a reply from Chelsea who said she was unsure as to how to respond to my request. What part of SEND ME A FULL REFUND did she not understand? Contacted PayPal to see if they could intervene, and hey ho, guess what, Paypal claim the goods were "as described" so NO refund from them either. Now Evercura claim on their page that they will issues a FULL refund, no questions asked, if the goods are unsuitable. So, WHERE IS MY £40. ? Their goods are junk, their customer service might as well pack their backs and go home, oh looks like they have, as they will NOT respond, and their guarantee is only of use to wipe your backside with. As for PayPal supposedly protecting the customer, forget it. I am now £45 down and don't have the goods either. And PayPal thinks that's fine. Evercura obviously do too. DON'T USE EITHER. I certainly won't be EVER AGAIN. Wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered.

This company does not exist on paper its a scam.
i have been in touch with my credit card company and i would advise others to do so.
what's even more worrying is that having asked for details of an address or email for the company the credit card company could only give me an email that they stated was probably non existent and when i used it it was not recognised by google.
makes you wonder how many checks are usually run by credit card companies to recognise frauds.
please like me bombard their facebook account and other adverts that you see to save others this torment

Terrible product. Bought the knee supports to help whilst awaiting for delayed surgery due to C-19. They are awful. Do not support the knee at all. Too rigid. Don’t fit well and dig in to back of legs. They restrict the knee movement rather than support it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DIABOLICAL PRODUCT!!

To write this review I had to press one Star, Evercura do not deserve even one star. They owe me £59 for equipment advertised on Facebook. The face massager had no warning on Facebook that it was dangerous for people with hyperthyroidism & high blood pressure to use. I returned it, I have been waiting since February for my refund. I’ve sent emails, I had a few replies, these have now dried up. It looks like these people are total frauds. I am totally disgusted with how I’ve been treated. I would suggest to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from these people DONT.

After returning their product and sending 26 emails and Evercura promising a refund which never materialised, I went to PayPal who supported my claim and got me a refund.
My advice is make sure you persevere with your claim, if returning goods make sure it is tracked and signed for. Keep a record of all correspondence and get your credit card involved.
But the best advice Is DO NOT BUY from this company.

Wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. This company is fraudulent. I returned an item after they gave me a returns address. It wouldn't recharge. After many communications I still haven't received a refund. DO NOT BUY anything from this company EVER.

TERRIBLE! Took forever to receive the product. Then it was defective. Then they said the warranty was only 14 days. Then they said they would ship another one. 6 months later I have not received a replacement NOR a refund. Still disputing through paypal.

We have been cheated. I dOnt know where to complain to get a refund which they promised they will. Its a fake place. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. the problem now they can change their name and put their fake items on a new site. Dont be tempted to buy this item . They are doing their very best to get rid of their stock. IS THERE ANYWHERE WHERE WE CAN SUE THIS COMPANY ? They are making hundreds and hundreds thousand by cheating.

I don't even think this scam company deserves 1 star. It's been 6 months since I received a plastic piece of junk from them that NEVER worked and also 2 fake tracking numbers for a replacement that NEVER arrived. 6 months of back and forth with no resolve whatsoever. They literally stole $80 from my son who was buying this as a Christmas gift for me. This company is a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

One star because it's not possible to post a zero or negative star rating. Ordered on black friday last friday in November for Christmas gift it's now may 24th no delivery despite +++emails usual reply, .. experiencing high volume of orders.... we will deal with you enquiry... but nothing else happen. Asked for refund, but the silence is deafening... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered on 2and dec 2019 it is now may 2020 sent constant emails assured me it was coming..they wont give me a refund they are now ignoring my emails please do not order from this company

Never even received our order & now my emails are saying failed to deliver. I think this company are complete fraud to be honest & I would advise everyone to steer clear. Ordered in Nov 2019, now April 2020, what a joke ..... lesson learnt!!

Ordered my product in February, received it around 2.5 weeks later. All works well and was fully informed of tracking throughout. Yes, it would be nice if shipping was a bit faster, but it does say on the website how long it takes. Customer support were a bit slow at times, but they helped me track my order. All works well. Recommend
