Ordered after seeing a review on Facebook, never again! I have waiting since December to receive this product, it finally arrived yesterday in a jiffy bag and wrapped in bubble wrap - when I opened it the machine was switched on - that's how useless the packaging was! I would not recommend this company, shoddy customer service, shoddy packaging, shoddy all round - one word - AWFUL - do not order, they don't deserve your business - just wish I'd read some of these reviews before ordering this rubbish!

Face massager came today after ordering on 4 January. I waited so long I decided to email them and cancel the order. They didnt reply to ONE of my messages. What a rubbish company Evercura, more like EVERCONMEN!!! I have no returns label in the cheap packaging, they wont reply to my email asking for a returns address, oh yes and apparently WE have to pay for returns!!!!! Never again will i order anything advertised on Facebook proclaiming to be "wonderful" etc.

I think it may be a scam - my product which I ordered in December has just arrived. Disappointing - not boxed, just wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. Extremely light weight and I think it's probably just different coloured lights and nothing to do with led light therapy. I'm thinking about contacting Trading Standards.

Like all other reviews, DON’T touch this company with a barge pole? Wish I’d seen these before ordering. Made an order 12Dec, tracked it and said delivered 27Dec, I was home all day, no one attempted to deliver and no item received. I messaged, auto response said 48hrs for a reply, left it a little longer chased early Jan, still no response. I’ve now raised a claim via PayPal, I want my money back.

This should be no stars.
Do not deal with these people. Take your money but don't deliver. I'm so far 53 days and still waiting. 101 excuses from a robot call Jan. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company does not deserve any stars ordered a knee brace 19th dec 2019 still not arrived, they do not reply to e mails, save yourself the hassle and under no circumstances order anything from them

Wish I saw these reviews earlier. Same happened to me. 1 month and have not received my order. Ridiculous! If it is not boxed, this is so unprofessional. Does the product even work correctly??? Very disappointed.

I'm trying to return this rubbish item and have received contact from the company but they have not provided a return address. They have not responded to give me long enough to return it within the 14 days. Avoid this company at all cost!

Took an age to come, tried to cancel order but no joy. Received product not boxed but just bubble wrapped!! Now trying to return and get my money back.

Ordered before Christmas and has never arrived. Sent about 5 e mails chasing it and all I get is a auto-generated reply. Do not order

Took a long time for the product to arrive. Not worth the money. Poor customer service. The product looks so cheap not even worth $10.00 if you ask me. I would like to return and get my money back. We should report this to the ministry of consumer relations.

I have to revise my review from earlier: I did received the device, yesterday, 2 weeks after promised delivery date!
It is in working order and as described, which is great.
However, still, this company should provide more details on their website, (address, contact number, vat number and independent tracking link to delivery company).

Still waiting for help on a product which will not charge up, nobody contacted me after having mailed and got a ticket. Looks like I will have to claim back using my credit card company. Rubbish customer service and product.

Ordered Dec 5th from Instagram. Arrived January 20th. Did not com in box. Was wrapped in bubble wrap. Stopped working after 2x and will not charge. Complete junk! Company will not get back to me. Requested a new one....waiting and waiting!

A scam!!!!!!!!! purchased knee brace that did nothing requesting return make you jump through hoops I am going to go through with the return process to see what happens I get a refund of postage from paypal at least In looking around my near $100 knee brace is just $10.00 on ebay... I did not get the same item as was shown and no user instructions. Cant believe how stupid I have been...

Took ages to come, e-mailed them & only got a reply from first e-mail. Should have been boxed but came in a bag. It's definately a SCAM

Purchased an item for £59.95 in 2 December and have never received it. Contacted them giving them my order number and tracking number and it's not on it's way. They did respond to my first email and then when I said that I wanted to cancel the order if it's not here by 31 January they haven't been in contact. I personally think that this is a scam. Can I contact my Bank and ask them to help me get the money back?

Ordered mine coming up a month now no product no reply’s back from my emails from now on I will use this site before ordering anything from any company’s £76 I’ve lost but hoping and praying I can recall it back 🙏🤞
