Ordered 5th of Jan, money taken right away, received 14th Feb in Jiffy Bag. Emailed next day as not working, automated response. Paypal dealing with it, actually received an email this morning saying they sending out another one. No thanks, want a refund, they'll never answer that one.
Did actually return the item, tracked the parcel, no one to receive it, don't know where it is now. First and last time I will ever, ever buy anything from Facebook.

Order one in Jan still not have gotten my product. Now I got a message, saying the reason why it is taking long, it's because of this famous virus going around. What a joke. Still trying to figure out why this has to go with this. I just want my money back. This is so wrong to charge people for there product's and it take's so long to get it or to listen to there lie's. This company is so wrong.

The machine took ages to arrive. I used it 3 or 4 times and it stopped working. I contacted the company and sent videos of what was happening when switched on (nothing). The charging base is a poor fit. They have ignored my request for a refund.

I still haven't received mine and it's been 2 months. I have asked for a refund and no response.

Ordered in December, never received item. No refund despite repeated requests just some goon thanking me for using it. Don’t bother buying unless you want to pay £60 to support the spread of Coronavirus

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- DON'T BOTHER YOU ARE BEING RIPPED OFF.

I ordered product on the 1st Jan 2020 recieved it mid Feb 2020.

I recieved product not in a box just thrown in a bag with the device on. How unprofessional - I googled product it was £23.99 around on ebay.

I realised I had been ripped of - straight away I emailed evercura asking for a refund.

I email several times the same week. I had email reply that as they are busy they will contact me within 48hrs to 72hrs.

I had not heard anything- then after 2 weeks I had a email saying you can only return after 14 days. What a joke when I had done everything on my part to return but no reply in how to do this.

No note in packaging to return to etc.

I have emailed evercura several times afterwards. I have contacted Trading standards as this service is inappropriate to anyone and very unprofessional.

The company on their website has no address or contact number.

Companies like this need to be stopped as ripping people of.

I do believe companies like this or anyone who does wrong will recieve back the damage back in 10 plus folds.

I ordered the UltraRadiance device on December 14 th as they said order now to receive by XmaS, it’s now 28th February still not here only emails from this Jan, who says check the tracking, it says it hasn’t moved since January 21st, I guess I’ve been coned

Wish I had read reviews before sending my money. This is a scam - took my money - no product - told product is on way - lies. Try to contact many times to no avail, just same standard letter from ‘Jan’ Ordered early Dec.
Just want refund now.

If I could I wouldn’t give them a star at all. I ordered and paid - I have never received what I paid for. I tracked my order and apparently it was delivered - I’m not sure to whom! I made contact via their Contact email address and they congratulated me on my purchase ! I explained that it hadn’t arrived but all I was advised was the parcel has been marked as delivered - end of - I have not heard from them since. I never expect to get my money back - I just hope that by posting this review I can prevent others from losing their money.

Never received my product and it's been 3 months. I've contacted customer service several times and they haven't refunded my money. They tell me it's on the way and the tracking shows it's travels only up to early December and hasn't moved since. Clearly it is not on route, I just want my money refunded. They have not responded to me since I've requested a refund. Very disappointed with this company. I feel they did not live up to their guarantee for me.

I didn't want to give any stars, how do we get this site taken off line it's taking peoples money, with no intention of either sending items or when they arrive they are faulty and no response when you want refund and to return faulty item, what can be done about this, I ended up buying this through a link on Facebook are they some way responsible??

I ordered my LED face device Dec 28th. It took around 5 weeks to come, in that time I had emailed the company with my invoice receipt number. I got a reply within 24 hours ,reassuring me it had been dispatched. It came in good packaging. Iv used it about 7 times now. I am happy with the product & happy with how I was treated by the company .

DISGUSTING THIEVES. I ordered two bottles of serum and the led light facial. Its been two months and I just received one bottle of serum. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE BOX IS FROM CHINA, THEY EAT BATS AND RIP AMERICA OFF AND SPREAD THE CORONAVIRUS../

Disgusting company. I have not received the product I ordered in November and it's now nearly March! I live in Spain so could someone please report them to UK Trading Standards or to Watchdog on TV as they are nothing but crooks.

They took my money they day I ordered which was the 6.1. 2020 received the led light treatment 2 weeks ago faulty and with a part missing. This company is a disgrace I have emailed them 3 times but I'm being ignored I have told them to give me a return address so I can return the shoddy goods, and to give me a refund, if not I will report them to trading standards. Do I expect an answer from them I don't think so. Do not order from this company.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. The product on the website is not a product which you will receive, if you receive it at all. No return address, they make it very difficult to make a return, they use robots to answer you if you get an answer at all. SCAMMERS shame shame shame on this company. Someone in the UK should report them to the better business bureau.

One word SCAM.... I have been waiting since 4th Jan for mine, was told it was on route 4 weeks ago , must be coming by foot as still not recived, do not buy !!!
