Also didn’t handle goods very professionally. Lifting car seats from adjustment handle for example. Not something I can recommend.
Also the driver wanted me to unload his lorry while he stood in the back. And then asked for a £5 tip for his coffee. You can’t make it up

Panels were delivered within time slot, driver phoned me 30 mins before arrival. On arrival driver and mate carried the panels to where I requested. Panels were undamaged. Drop was executed precisely. Happy to use again.
