Is it Expert Telecom or is it Premier…
Is it Expert Telecom or is it Premier Talk????, either way it's another load of bad service. Due to this migration thing they have going on I've had no internet for 3 days! Great when you're working from home and now having to drive to the office. No communication from the company and when I call them they repeatedly blame Open Reach, even though on Open Reach helpline there is no fault or on-going issues in my area.
No one ever rings me back when they say they will but I'll probably be bombarded with requests to leave an excellent review. Well here it is! When I queried how long I was stuck in a contract with them, as I would like to leave asap, they told me not to do that as the swap over would mean I would be without any service for 10 days.
I'm beginning to think I'll take that risk as how much longer would it be than the service I'm not getting currently. Nothing but bad service and almost every month some discrepancy on my bill resulting in me spending my time trying to rectify it only for the same problems to occur the following month. Wish I had never left BT.

Awfull!!! Girls on customer service are always polite, but all our bills have been huge, they keep telling me the next one will be better, my last bill was £185, supposed to be £13, then £22 then £27, not £185, so have left I feel they just take our money and I feel this has broken their original contract. Now they want £199 for leaving.

We have had numerous problems since changing our Broadband from BT to yourselves, to the point that we regret this decision on the basis that despite being led to believe it would be cheaper for us to switch it is in fact more expensive. I have spent a lot of time speaking to a number of your CSA's to resolve our problems and they have all provided good customer service. Ellie today was exceptionally helpful, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her, she addressed my queries efficiently and resolved them to my satisfaction.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I signed up to them for cheaper bills. In three months I have paid them over £300. After phone calls they promised cheaper bill. They also told me I can see break down of cost in my bill. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BILL. I have not signed up to a direct debit.

It will be cheaper to pay the cancellation fee than continue with this company.

Tamsin answered my query straightaway about Premier Talk acquiring telephone line. It would have been better if I had been sent a letter detailing exactly what was happening. The letter from Premier Talk was quite disturbing as no prior notification from Expect Telecoms.

She was very good at her work and plight and effectively she is management surfisant . And the only two reasons why I am leaving is I can't afford the year land line amount and the monthly amount .and I only use it for extra data for my phone .
