Very happy with the help I got from lianne with a problem I had.

Today I called the ET help line number and spoke with Melisa. I asked if we could have the 'Choose to Divert' feature removed from our service. Melisa confirmed that the 'Choose to Divert' would be removed and would not appear on our bill in the future. Throughout the call Melisa was attentive, polite and helpful. Excellent service!

Called today to check up on some items for my mother, I spoke with Daisy who sorted all my issues promptly. She was really pleasant to deal with and made the whole experience much easier

A sensitive matter was dealt with easily and quickly reducing my stress levels. Everybody I spoke to did everything they could to be helpful unlike other utility companies I deal with who always have reasons as to why they can't do things. Thank you so much.

I called to query my invoice and got DAISY who was very helpful and listened to what I was saying and sorted it out straight away very pleased with the speedy response.

I spoke with Liana from the support team at Expert Telecom today in order to cancel our switch from our current provider. Unfortunately, this could not proceed due to technical issues that would arise for us as a result of the change.
Liana quickly understood the problems involved which made the cancellation process run more smoothly than I expected.
Liana was polite and friendly and is a credit to the company. Well done Expert Telecom!

What made this a really good experience is your staff they are truly amazing people. The only fault I have is I am still getting bills from BT this needs to be sorted as promised at the beginning of the transfer. But up to now your service far out strips BT. Thank you.

Had need to contact Laine regarding delivery of a new router, and start date for broadband service. It was dealt with swiftly and comprehensively.

Laine, a member of the service team, has to be praised for her quick well-informed replies to my enquires! She was very courteous and knowledgeable exactly what one wishes from a service team!

Do not trust expert telecom they are annoying and distrusting they lie and rip you off with a poor quality service

Great service on the phone, shame i had to call to reduce the package for an 85 year old :-)
