DO NOT do business with this company!

Don't do business with this company. WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. It has to be a FRAUDULANT company. I have emailed this morning and never heard back. I finally heard back but that happened because of the extensive chat that didn't end with any solution. The email said I will hear back from them within 24 hours. wow. I emailed my info per chat support several times with my requested info specifically to the chat persons and they said they didn't get the emails and yet they provided me with the email which I copy/pasted. I wasted half my day on Customer support chat TRYING to cancel my subscription that I did not know I had with this company to NO AVAIL. I thought it was our personal charge with our computer tech person for so long. My husband told me it wasn't. We have been billed monthly and we don't even use the services. Can't get a hold of billing. Chat support said I need to give them a screenshot of the charge or forget it. I could not get the screen shot. I copy/pasted exactly what was on my CC ...that is all I could do. Exactly what was on my bill to no avail. They would not receive it. That is ludicrous. I requested to speak to the billing dept and was told they have no number or email. wow! They can't get it done. It is crazy! Such a waste of my money and time. No one to talk to but a person hiding behind chat. Asked for a supervisor to talk to just to get more help. They would not do that. So bizarre. I gave the chat people my info on my CC. I could not screenshot it so I copy/pasted EXACTLY what was on my CC and they told me that would not suffice. I will have to cancel my CC and get a new CC just to get off the company subscription. This company has some serious issues. I don't ever remember giving a bad review, but it is impossible to get any help. No "support" what soever. And then they ask if there is anything else they can do for me. My husband is going to be absolutely furious we have to cancel our CC at the end of the day. His life is full enough to deal with all the companies connected to our CC that he would have to give a new CC number to. I can see why the reviews only go directly to the company.

Keep away don't entertain

suddenly disconnects a lot

suddenly disconnects a lot and not just like 1 time a week or 1 time every 3 days but like 3 - 5 times a day and happens both on my phone laptop even if im on sim or work or home internet

Completely autonomous and secure for the last 4 years.
