This was delivered to the outside of my apartment building to a completely insecure area on the sidewalk. Please instruct the driver to go to the office of the apartment (located on the seventh floor) to deliver the box to a secure area.

Well for one thing the food is great…

Well for one thing the food is great but I got a box yesterday that I did not order it almost makes me want to cancel my subscription I simply told him I'll be in the hospital well now I got food here together the box when you don't want one so just continue to happen and I don't appreciate have to order her come to skip every week if I leave the damn people message I don't want any that month they should understand that so I'm still thinking I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with this I did not appreciate that mistake that's bad business the food is awesome I can't go wrong with that but when you don't want to God damn boss you shouldn't have to pay for one that they sent out

Factor does not listen to the client I…

Factor does not listen to the client I have expressed that I only had wanted 4 meals a week and they continue to want to send me 8 meals a week therefore I am Canceling my subscription

They seriously need to start listening…

They seriously need to start listening to their customers. I made it very clear from the beginning that I do NOT want spicy food, and yet both meals I ate today were extremely spicy. That’s not a small mistake—that’s completely ignoring a basic preference.
I hate spicy food, and this ruined both of my meals. Now I’m left wondering what I should expect from the rest of my order, considering I made the mistake of ordering 14 meals. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something(not a small amount) and not be able to eat it because you couldn’t follow a simple instruction.
This needs to be fixed.

The meals are fairly good

The meals are fairly good, although alot of ingredients I don't eat and some I have never heard of. The shelf life needs to be longer, I have actually thrown some out because of the date. I actually would like to discontinued my subscription, don't feel like beneficial to me. Thank you

The delivery is always on time

The delivery is always on time. The choices of food are excellent and the quality is very good.
Sometimes I'm not thrilled with the vegetables, but that's not a deal breaker.

Worth your attention

This company is great. Their site is easy to use. No problem signing up,skipping weeks or even cancelling. The food is great tasting, awesome variety. Delivered on time and fresh. If you order from them, take a few extra minutes and plate your food. This food deserves a plate and you will be amazed at what you are eating.
