My choices were poor. I was so excited after my first choice, then my pups enjoyed 3in a row. Like I said, I’m not a fan of South-West vegies. Eg corn This veg I choice is in shepherds pie and other dishes Sorry. But the ones I ate, were great. I’ll try more selections so I can give a more honest review.

Factor has been a fantastic experience. So helpful in our weekly planning. Has saved me hours of time in grocery shopping, food preparation and cooking. Our 2 boys (aged 19 & 21) enjoy the ease and availability of having a hot meal ready in minutes. Delivery times have always been consistent, safe and the meals are still frozen!

I came across your product and idea before and was hesitant on joining, but when a friend of mine was onto you guys and sent me one of his one week sample , that was it! For just me, it was perfect solution, one fork to wash instead a cook ware set, and throwing out bad food and so many more reasons it makes more sense to join then not! First order was delivered on time and notified when it arrived! Perfect, packed on ice, awesome! And taste of it solid! Not frozen and vegetables and so many other options of ranges of food and spice and options, incredible! Thank you very much for the great product, great marketing, and your time; and many more dinners to come instead in the future !

Love the food. Sometimes too much pepper. Would love to see meals with really low sodium content.

Delivery is unreliable in general. On multiple occasions, Factor has cancelled my delivery and I've had to follow up to ensure refunds that should be automatic.

Scam company. Using stolen cards and wont give out info on the loser that used my card. Never trust a company that supports fraud and theft.

I went for Keto. There has to be something besides dried up chicken breast or chicken pieces. I hate chicken breast and keep getting stuck with that as the only choice. The meals have NO FLAVOUR. Its as if there are no spices on the planet to cook with. Very disappointing.

But they charged me and sent them anyway, I threw up on 3 of the meals I ate, food was not fresh at all

very convenient. all meals are very good. some restaurant level in quality. All deliveries have been good especially in the hot summer months. The ice is never fully melted when I open the package and everything remains cold.

Potatoes could be cooked a little more as they are still hard after heating.

I wish that I could order just 4 meals per week rather than 6. Currently I order 6 meals every other week. 24 meals a month is too much. 16 meals a month would fit my budget better as well.

I would like you have deliveries on Saturdays.

Can not cancel subscriptions on the app leading you to have to call into customer service just to cancel

9 out of 10 times my box will be delivered without issue, but recently I have been informed within 24 hours of delivery that it will be missed. One time the box went to a different house, but it was down the street. There were times in the past that the meals were NOT what I had ordered and substituted with my least favourite option they have which is any random chicken meal where the meat is a thick slab that doesn't cook through properly. Despite that, in general the food tastes far better than what is offered by other meal services I have tried in my area, the textures and spices are good, and I really appreciate their fish and shredded/ground beef options. I wish they had not moved the breakfast meals into the extras section, because that necessitates me selecting other meals that I like less in order to make my minimum number of meals. If I want the breakfasts, which I like having for lunch, I now have to order them as extras which costs more. Its too transparent of a money-making move for me to feel good about the company especially as it was a deliberate and recent change. Four stars for food quality, minus one for too many meals that are slabs of chicken, and moving the breakfasts to the extras section.

These are far better than grocery store frozen meals. In the 3 weeks there has only been one meal that was not to my taste. I'm too sick to cook and this has been a great help in getting fibre and vegetables into my diet.
