Brilliant Customer Service!
I recently had to return a part of furniture to Famouschairs.com to have it replaced. This proved a bit more trickier than expected, because of courier problems at my side. Hisham has been extremely helpful and patient through the whole process and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better customer service!

My sweet Barcelona Chair
I would have liked to buy a Barcelona Chair for a long time and Black Friday’s Sale was the perfect event to get one. Finally we decided on a premium white set and it proved itself to be a good choice. We received the items in a few days. First we worried about ordering from an unknown, foreign company, but there was no need to worry. I can only truly recommend them.

Great Service, Great Product
Excellent experience from start to finish, delivering to an unusual location (S. Korea). Hisham was always quick to respond and extremely helpful, even though the destination country was not the usual market for the product, and special provisions needed to be made regarding shipping and local taxes. The seller was undeterred by these factors, and the items were delivered to my door soon after I placed the order.
I am very happy with the product (two premium pavillion chairs). They arrived exactly as advertised, and the chairs feel sturdy and well made. I would not hesitate to buy from famouschairs in the future.

Awesome Barcelona Chair
From beginning to end Stefan was very professional and attentive and helped right through the process. In being an expensive item I wanted to make sure I bought the chair from the right company at the right price. There are many cheaper alternatives out there but you get what you pay for and I am so glad I bought my chair from Famous Chairs. Ordered a Barcelona Pavilion Chair and…
Ordered a Barcelona Pavilion Chair and Ottomon. Because the ottomon is not currently in stock there seemed to be a delay - I originally asked for the chair to be sent first as I wanted it for a birthday gift for someone so i had to follow up on that twice when there appeared to be no sign of dispatch.
However Hisham at Famouschairs was very prompt and helpful in getting the chair sent out. Chair has arrived and exactly as expected. Good quality.
I think I have a wait for the ottomon - until late August - but I assume it should be easy enough to follow up on this. So overall, I recommend this company as reliable and safe purchase.

Finally received - but dented and crooked
The HomePage stated they would send our purchase the next day.
They charged 2000 euros immediately- and 18 days later, nothing had been shipped. Posted a one-star review, and was then contacted. Now some weeks later, I received both chairs. One had a broken packaging and a small dent in the corner of the frame. I decided to accept anyway, since I didn’t want to go through with another shipping experience. After mounting I see, that the frame is crooked with one side being 0.6 cm lower than the other. That is clearly visible to the naked eye, but apparently passed the “quality control”?
