Easy to order. High quality goods. When I had a query my email was answered immediately. Thoroughly pleased with service and my Barcelona Chair.

We're happy with the products we ordered but less happy with the delivery service used in France, which is Chronopost. We were notified that we would receive our chairs on a Friday and planned our day around that only to be informed in the afternoon that due to unforeseen circumstances we would not receive the delivery that day. Thankfully we could choose a new delivery date as we were not much available the week following. We picked the next Friday, a full week later. The delivery arrived on the Monday before however and as we were not home was dropped off at the local post office ... for us to go and pick up 2 heavy Barcelona chairs using our own transportation and taking it to the 4th floor.
Again, we're happy with the product but more than disappointed with the delivery service in France.

Quite good Leather not of top quality but good quality/price ratio

Nothing to complain. No delay in delivery , the quality of the chair is fair and worth the money. Keep in mind that it is a replica . If you dont have the buck or don t want to spent the money to buy the original from "knoll" (around 5000) this is the shop we can recommend,

We are very satisfy with the quality of the product.
The delivery delay was as announced.
The chair was perfectly packed and protected.
The only minor problem is the cleaning kit delivered with the chair. One of the bottles leaked and emptied during transport.
We are happy with our new Barcelona Chair.

I'm in the UK and was slightly hesitant when ordering from an overseas company but the customer service and communication is as good as other reviews say. Most emails / questions were answered on the day or within 24 hours and all members of staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The premium Barcelona chair arrived well packaged and is a genuine quality item, great craftsmanship. Delivery to the UK was via DHL who were also excellent with their tracking system. Only downside was I had to wait a few weeks for my chair but it is worth waiting for and using this company.

Step by step assistance and support through a transaction with a lot of special circumstances - this is what I got from these people who are very good at their job.

The premium chair is lovely and extremely comfortable. Very happy with the purchase.
