Joachim and Dodi have been incredibly responsive to all my questions and very accommodating to all my requests.

DHL lost my first shipment. The team at BCH were polite, courteous and efficient getting the problem identified and a new order sent out. Can't recommend their service more highly.

We ordered a chair and footstool and chose a Premium delivery so that we wouldn't be stuck at home for the day ...
All went wrong, we got the footstool 4 days after the order but ONLY the footstool ... and the chair was nowhere to be found ...
We finally tracked it down and were given the information that it would be delivered the next day ... but it wasn't ...
After a few phone calls to Chronopost it was delivered on the Saturday but the packing was damaged ...
I got in touch several times with Barcelona Chairs customers service, and Nikolay was most helpful each time ....
We were finally offered a refund for the Premium delivery we never got and for the very slight damage to the chair whereas Barcelona Chairs weren't at all responsible ...
The chair and footstool are great and very comfortable

I highly recommend Barcelona Chairs. Sometimes the best way to find out if a supplier is worthy of a customer's trust is to see how well they handle a difficult situation.

Here's a story that I think you'll find useful. I ordered 4 Barcelona chairs and an ottoman in "premium white". The items were very quickly delivered to my address, within a few days. When the items were delivered, I was disappointed to note that they did not fit the description - the chairs were beautiful, but they were not upholstered in "Italian Aniline leather", as noted on the webpage, but in "Microfiber leather".

When I wrote to complain to Barcelona Chairs, I got an immediate response, an explanation, and an apology. My correspondent explained that the "premium white" products had to be created in microfiber to ensure a pure white color, and it was the only exception - all of the other products in the "premium" category were made in "Italian Aniline leather".

Frustrated by the response, I contacted the service center at Barcelona Chairs by phone and spoke to Nikolay, who listened to me calmly and patiently while I complained. It's not an easy thing to listen to an angry customer, but Nikolay handled the situation like a real professional. He proposed to exchange the "premium white" items for new items in "premium black" (in real "Italian Aniline leather"). He arranged a fast delivery for the new items, and a pickup for the items to be exchanged.

Within a few days, the new "premium black" items were delivered to my address, and the "pure white" items were picked up a few days later. Nikolay gave me outstanding service - he followed up with me every day to ensure that the delivery and the pickup went flawlessly.

I give Barcelona Chairs 5 stars for the excellent quality of their product and 5 stars to their service department for making me feel like a valued customer. (I'm only taking off one star due to the fact that the web page for the "premium white" product still contains a description that says "Italian Aniline leather" - note that "microfiber leather" appears in one place at the bottom of the page - Barcelona Chairs should really fix that web page!).

Overall a great customer experience. The chairs are top quality - the chrome and leather cushions are flawlessly made. An excellent product from a company you can trust. I would definitely order from this company again.

I’m sorry to say that the chair is very uncomfortable !!.
Friends of mine have said whom own a replica chair that’s your replica is very uncomfortable to sit on.

In your advert is should state that the budget chair is very stiff to sit on.
