All is well that ends well
After a week the chair still isn’t delivered although I received a DHL shipping code. DHL said there is something wrong with this order and I should contact Barcelonachair.com. I tried to call the number of their servicedesk but I got a message that the number is not in use.
After 10 days I managed to contact Barcelonachair. They recognised something had gone wrong. They sent me a new chair which I finally received 14 days after the initial order date.
The quality of the chair is good.

My order was over 1 month late
My order was over 1 month late, without any information from the site. It was necessary to make many reminders by email. Some remained unanswered, others were very evasive. By cons, the payment was debited 15 days after placing the order!!!
