Great service.
First of all i was pleased that you can make appointments online and there was plenty of availability to suit my dates.
The staff were excellent, very well mannered, presentable and respectful.
The premises were in good order, clean and tidy.
The work was reasonably priced. Its my second time at the garage in Dunfermline and it certainly wont be my last. All round great service.

Booked online same day for a tyre change as noticed mine was desperately needing done. Friendly staff who welcomed me right away and got to work. I often feel intimidated as a young female going into a “blokes domain” he told me not to be silly and made me feel reassured. Top customer service, free coffee and in and out quickly. Great Servie and Value
Great, efficient service and good value. Special mention to young Duncan who - before the MOT - helped out by lending me a set of jump leads to start the flat battery before the MOT.

Poor communication
Put the car in at 10:30. Was told mid afternoon for pick up but they set up what's app for communication which I thought would be good.
By 16:00 sent what's app to see if car was ready. Waited over an hour without a reply! So,as no buses decided to walk up to Farmers. Went in & car parked in bay, no one working on it. Big queue at reception so waited about 30 mins . Which is OK but then when I asked if car ready told "oh just finished " clearly a lie as I'd been in the building and no one working on it so clearly finished earlier.
Asked why no reply to my what's app he said I'm busy ! Yes and I'm a customer and you set up the what's app so you should reply.
Very poor communication throughout, actually non existent
