I am a bit of a difficult customer. I have to buy tax exempt. And when buying through online portals it is often hard to make this happen. With FastSpring this has always been easy to do and they respond very quickly. I am always put at ease when I see a company uses FastSpring for online payments.
THIS COMPANY FKN SUCKS, legit garbage starting as from the software they use to the employees they have. have been trying to make purchases on a website which uses their braindead software but they block it every time. 2 different visas, two different debit cards, google pay and apple pay. i have tried to contact support for weeks and just a bot responds. JOKE OF A COMPANY.

I have been a customer for quite a few years. I had to close my internet business and return to being a Realtor so I had no use for the wonderful product I was using. Due to a misunderstanding, I was charged my payment after I canceled my service. I notified FastSpring and they got back to me right away and were very understanding. It's great to deal with a company that is honest and over delivers on promises.
I have contacted them over a week ago regarding failed purchases. Continuous errors. I tried all of their solutions and fixes first b4 contacting them. They even tried to blame my CC provider.
Still no response had to email them again today.

It was fast resolve from customer service for my challenge, and I am appreciate your effort.
Bought some software via FastSpring, customer support is severely lacking not even a prod on Facebook gets an answer. Will have to file it PayPal as FRAUD. Made payment but not FastSpring receipt or software download. Auto reply from support but tats where it stops

I have been using FastSpring services for over a decade and am very satisfied. I have successfully created several stores, including popups selling different products. The API is very powerful, and the IPN approach very versatile for processing commands automatically.
Purchased W11 Pro upgrade from PC Pro software store that apparently is run by FastSpring. Software would not activate, MS said licence had been previously used multiple computers and would not activate. I sent several emails showing it MS would not activate as it had be used before.
Dozens of unhelpful evasive emails from FastSpring, first saying you cant simply add a W11 pro update serial to W11 and expect it to work (er yes you can), I would need to do a fresh install (wrong). Then I was told I was probably off line or using a VPN (no I was not), then told to disconnect from internet and do the update, then connect to internet and it would active,, no it would not activate. Asked for a refund they got stroppy and said its my fault and no refund!

Worst payment processing business ever! I’m a consumer and still can’t get a reply to resolve an issue after 6 months. I’ve tried contacting support too many times to count and only get the initial robot response. Then nothing. Use a different company, this one will cost you business.
