Beautiful Dress
I recently bought a National Forest Floral Midi dress in the Lytham store. I really thought it was quite pricey for a cotton frock but hey ho my husband said I was worth it!
Later that evening I realised Fat Face do a slightly shorter length which was better suited to my height of 5ft 3ins.
I ordered the shorter length on line which came very quickly by Royal Mail and subsequently took the original purchase back to the shop. The refund was done very quickly by friendly staff in store. I love the dress and wore it for a family barbecue a few days later. I felt a million dollars in this dress the fabric is so soft and floaty, perfect for a summer event ,looks great with a denim jacket love it so much.
The staff are great at the Lytham store. I love Fat Face.

Lovely staff at Lytham
I visited the lytham store to make some returns from an online order. The assistant was called Sue and she was very helpful. I went on to buy the jeans I’d returned in a smaller size and bought a dress which was completely unplanned. Sue was really helpful regarding me getting the right size in the dress. Great little shop. I’ve bought a coat here previously. The staff are always lovely and helpful.

Had a very successful visit to Fatface in Lytham! Bought a lovely green floral tee shirt, my sister bought me a dress for Christmas and we were served by David who was a really good assistant!🤗 He was so friendly without being intrusive, helped get different sizes and gave useful advice. Great, friendly service
I rang up FatFace in Lytham to see if they had a particular dress in my size as they’d sold out online. The lovely lady on the phone (I later found out her name is Jean) said she’d put one away for me for the following day. When I went into the shop, Jean immediately remembered the call and my name. She was so friendly and she plus the purchase made my day.
