Craine Coertze was brilliant.
I had a fibre line installed in my house.
Craine kept in contact throughout the entirety of the installation. Kept me informed, was very transparent and helpful.

Carl has been dealing with fixing our business internet as we have had some disconnection problems.
We are a nursery so it is vital we stay connected.
On a couple of occasions I was unobtainable however; Carl always called or emailed me back to let me know he has tried getting in touch.
When I did get back in touch I had a few issues finding things and he was very patient and waiting for me to call him back. He had a friendly tone and did not make me feel silly for not knowing much about technical things regarding my laptop etc....
