I had a fibre line installed in my house.

Craine kept in contact throughout the entirety of the installation. Kept me informed, was very transparent and helpful.

Great Support to Fix Loss of Service

Ticket was raised for an outage on our optical, leased line service. Contacted by Carl Schorr at Fidelity who was patient, friendly and then diligent in pursuing our case with the carrier company. Great communication, keeping in regular contact until the issue was resolved.

Due to my incompetence

Due to my incompetence, I lost the network over the weekend….
Monday morning Carl guided me through resetting the router, this was completed very quickly and professionally.

Landline reinstating

We had a few issues with linking up to our new router but the help from the team has been really helpful. Tristan got us back on our landline, great service, really appreciated thank you.

Carl has been dealing with fixing our…

Carl has been dealing with fixing our business internet as we have had some disconnection problems.
We are a nursery so it is vital we stay connected.
On a couple of occasions I was unobtainable however; Carl always called or emailed me back to let me know he has tried getting in touch.
When I did get back in touch I had a few issues finding things and he was very patient and waiting for me to call him back. He had a friendly tone and did not make me feel silly for not knowing much about technical things regarding my laptop etc....
