I have been in IT for 10 years and used many ISP support teams. Fidelity Group's ISP support team have by far been the best I have ever worked with.
Great service, its not very often you can pick up the phone or drop a message and you can deal with an individual or get a response straight away. A breath of fresh air in this commercial world. Westley, Tracy, Preyanka and Kassidy have all been superb!
Had an issue that took a couple of weeks to solve.
Sileshan the tech from fidelity was amazing in pushing to get the issue resolved including some after hours work.

absolutely the worst supplier iv ever had, outages galore, poor internet speeds, 15 phone calls before someone could even tell me what package i was on, what my speeds should be and when my contract ends. All they are interested in doing was selling me an upgrade to an old legacy package.
after 20 contacts with them i gave up and spoke to a manager who i asked to arrange a termination package, after the awful service i asked them tyo meet me in the middle with the cnacellation fee.....surprise surpise no help.

Carl made the set up of the system very easy, he was polite and knowledgeable regarding the set up of the device, I was able to allow him access which meant I wouldn't have to sort out the problems, I would defiantly recommend to others
I inherited an ethernet circuit provided by Fidelity Group who used aggressive sales to retain business, and only communicated efficiently when it is in their interest to do so. Fidelity became hostile when I terminated our service, refused to agree to a reseller to reseller transfer, yet only informed me of this at a very late stage when it was likely securing another connection would be difficult in time. Fidelity Group will use underhanded tactics to try and retain your business. Fidelity Group are now attempting to charge excessive termination fees for a contract that had been terminated in writing on its end date. In my experience of many years there are several suppliers out there who achieve better pricing, are transparent and act in their clients interest. Fidelity Group are not doing any of this. Avoid at all costs.

We had an issue whereby the router delivered to site was not configured correctly. Following a failed attempt to replace the router the decision was made to resolve the issue immediately with the involvement of Virgin, City Fibre and the ourselves. Carl from Fidelity coordinated a number of calls and meetings that day and was tenacious in motivating the service providers which increased the level of urgency a great deal.
He issued timelines for reporting following discussions and ensured everyone adhered to them. We received timely reports throughout the day and follow up meetings after the reports were received.
The problem was recognised and rectified later the same day. A great effort from Carl and an example of how these problems should be approached when dealing with multiple vendors.
just changed over to a new broadband and phone system. was having trouble getting it going... Through emails with a lady called Yvonne, and then the guy who made it all happen, Sileshan Moodley. We managed to get our system up and running. Sileshan was fantastic at talking me through the set up. these things are always quite technical to do and test the patience, but Sileshan did it in such a way that was efficient, and patient. Cheers heaps and heaps. couldnt recommend more highly....! Ty
unfortunately the pre-configured router did not work with our set up, leaving our office without any WIFI, fortunately our IT were able to work collaboratively with the ISP supplier and resolve the issues promptly.
