Bought fildo c11 bike last year…

Bought fildo c11 bike last year October got knocked off by car have been trying to buy parts needed since November and they are as dull as dish water still no parts company is a jokealso the bike will do 20 mph with cruise control so making them illegal

Fiido Bikes

Please do not take this as a review of the bike as i never rode it due to it not showing up.
Fiido then proceeded to charge me a £150.00 return fee for a bike i never recieved. I have taken this up with my CC company. Their website is very misleading, i can only speak for the UK do not but bikes of this site for use in The UK, a lot of them are illegal on UK Roads.
Their customer service is poor at best. The bikes have too big a motor for uk roads and this is not mentioned on their website. Please beware this company as they are very poor and misleading. Fiido if you would like to discuss and arrange a refund please reply here.

It has been 3 months since I bought…

It has been 3 months since I bought it..Everywhere is a disgrace..They have made connection entries under the display, believe me, you have to look with binoculars. And it is incredibly low quality, it malfunctions immediately. The accelerator connection is broken. The engine is broken. I explained the situation by e-mail. I have been waiting for 2 weeks, they have not sent the engine yet. A chatty employee says they are doing their best. The engine has not been on the road yet. I think I will have it in 1 month under the best conditions. I cannot explain the loss of labor. They do not care. I regret choosing this brand very much. It is a very big disappointment.

Hello,

I am writing as I am really disappointed with Fiido support.

I have purchased 3 bikes in the last 6 months which the last one had a faulty battery
Has been asked to me to take a video of the faulty equipment in order to have my battery replaced which I have done and send.
Afterwards I had to go back to the shop (Which is not very close to my house) as I haven’t been instructed to collect the battery in order to be sent to your point sale.
I made my box and went to the post office (Which is not close to my house) just to hear that Royal Mail does not deliver battery.
This service is unacceptable.

You should be given all the information necessary in order to not just speed up the service but also to avoid this kind of problem.

I called many time the support service but was useless as the lady doesn’t not speak a word of English

Can I speak with a manager or somebody that actually know how to handle this kind of problem?

Can you start to send me the battery as I need to bike to work and you created this kind of delay?

SCAM SCAM SCAM
More than 3 months now promising that the bike is on the way but nothing. They always come up with some lies to keep you waiting.
They even sent a UPS tracking number which was clearly just a ruse as yes the number exist but UPS has not received yet any package.
I have been writing dozens of emails, is just exhausting and time lost and waste.
Please avoid everyone.
Worst experience ever.
After sale people from this company are just liars and do not resolute ANYTHING.
900E down and no bike so far, purchased in Sept...we are about to end 2024.

This company is absolutely terrible

This company is absolutely terrible. Purchase two e-bikes & two carriers. The bike carriers never came. Rude and unhelpful responses when I do get one from their service team. Still no update as to when or if they will be shipped.

The bikes themselves D11 are good quality, however they were extremely difficult to assemble. This has also been noted on YouTube reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t see these reviews until after I had made the purchase,

I have bought an e-bike for a holiday home from their competitor DYU bikes. Far superior company & products,

What awful company fiido

What awful company. My order is incomplete by over £1,000 . The bikes are defective so we have been wanting to return them without any acknowledgment from them. I’ve now asked the bank to step in as there just ignored our message. This is after many emails and four different videos to explain and show them the defectives. All we want is to send them back for a refund and to get the money back over the missing items which there have at least acknowledged but again no sign of a refund.

Company ignores order cancel requests.

Ordered a bike online.
Was immediately charged.
Requested order to be canceled the next business day after seeing order would not ship for 6 weeks.
Company did not respond for 5 business days after I sent more than 10+ emails to service, support, ceo, etc..they finally responded “asking how can we help?”
I have since requested numerous times for an order cancellation and refund and have not heard back. Will have to file a dispute with AMX. To get my money back.

bike comes damaged, but they solved it

I purchased a c11 at the end of July, delivered in a few days, upon opening the package I notice that the rear wheel is seriously damaged, the rear rims were poorly assembled; I point this out to Fiido customer service who first lighten things up by offering me a few euros for the repair at my expense, then once the dispute has been opened with Paypal they agree to send me a replacement wheel, accepting the return of the damaged one, on the condition that they cancel the dispute. Now, more than 10 days later, they have still not shipped the wheel, leaving the responsibility to an unspecified warehouse. Almost a month after purchase I have an unusable bike. in their emails they are always very polite but inconclusive, they dragged out an issue that could have been resolved in a few days, I wonder how one can deal with a fault that needs to be resolved under warranty with such an evanescent company.

edit: in the end we managed to find a solution, they sent a new wheel and I returned the damaged one, 5 stars for the solution but it took a little too long, I went on holiday without a bicycle

In my experience, customer service was really good - all questions answered in about 24 hours and when I needed to cancel and get a refund it was processed straight away.

Missing parts and very syressful…

Bike parts did not all come at same time. Seat and battery arrived badly packaged about week before bike.
Bike arrived and no charger. No reply to several e-mails.
It would have been helpful to be told to watch the You Tube advice before starting to put bike together as the instructions left me feeling VERY stressed and stupid. There is NO telephone help line.
I really hate this bike.

Bought it to replace a regular bicycle

Bought it to replace a regular bicycle, ride it to work every day. The speed is at the same level, but the comfort is much higher. And I haven't stopped pedaling completely. I'm happy with the purchase; it's a very convenient transport for the city.
