Worst service by Jamie (Xi Jie), he laughs on customer service, even being a long time customer, he will laugh on you and give the worst service possible.

I liked the Fiido electric bicycle at first sight. Bright and comfortable. I ride it both in the city and at the dacha. I recommend this model.

A wonderful and convenient bicycle that I really like, as the battery lasts a long time, the price is pleasant, and the model is very attractive.

I'm writing a review about the Electric Bikes. Gave this model to my brother. A very comfortable and lightweight bicycle. The main thing is that it is assembled very qualitatively.
The bicycle is superb
The bicycle is superb. The small and yet powerful electric bicycle D11 It accelerates easily, folds up effortlessly. A very good model!
The range of the ride is just enough…
The range of the ride is just enough for a city stroll, the bicycle is compact and convenient (I also purchase a phone holder which is convenience). I give it a solid five stars!
High Quality Ebikes I have ever ridden
I have been riding Fiido Products such as T1, T1 Pro, M1 Pro, and L3. So far the ebikes are fine. I ride my ebikes in the hills and reservoirs in Peak District, Derbyshire and to explore nearby towns and cities around Sheffield in South Yorkshire. I also use my ebikes for commuting and other daily activities, such as dropping my son off in the school and picking him up. I am very satisfied with the quality of my ebikes.
This company are based in China
This company are based in China, they sell faulty goods and really don't care about customers! Ive had problems after problems with my fiido m21 ever since I purchased it! Never again! My bike want work and this company really don't care or help resolve the problems! Do not buy from them
I'd give no stars if possible.
I'd give no stars if possible.
Bunch of lying cheating scumbags!
So DPD spent 2 weeks with my bike, not delivering, I knew it had been stolen by DPD, I had to wait outside my house to get videos of drivers taking pics of my door and saying I missed parcel when each and every day I was home. I warned Fiido-Service daily, they took no action to sort it out and now even though so called parcel has been returned, fiido won't refund. I NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE 1ST PLACE.
I have spent triple the value of this…
I have spent triple the value of this bike on repairs, replacement parts, and services, and I got nowhere.
I have only had this bike since March 2022 and I have used it a total of a few months AT MOST. Half of the time I was waiting for new parts or was it in the shop.
This company, perhaps due to their lack of English speakers, avoids giving any clear answers and will simply ask you the same questions over and over again without having even a minute intention of helping you.
I sincerely hope someone reads this and keeps them from buying from this horrible brand.
I have requested my money back (at least some) after visiting their service centre in London and they couldn't help me! The motor I had bought from Fiido was faulty, the shop refused to order more parts for the M1 Pro because they have had MANY faulty items arrive themselves and therefore could not help me. Even if I ordered my FOURTH motor, they can not guarantee it will work and even if it does; I won't have pedal assist anymore.
Clearly, this model is faulty and that's why they released the M21 at a significantly higher price but hey, maybe just don't sell bikes that don't work?
Scum.
One star because of customer service
One star because of customer service. I've been unable to use the bike for over two months because customer service cannot get me replacement spokes for a damaged rear wheel.
First time they said package was returned due to incomplete address. Sent them the same address info and they were adamant the package was delivered (according to Royal Mail tracker the package was delivered over 100 miles from me). Now they say the spokes were not delivered but returned - again!
I've been left without a bike for over two months because of some broken spokes. Bike is good when working but customer service is terrible and I'm left with a bike that cannot be used.
Bikes are not worth it
Bikes are not worth it, bad customer support - just avoid
Avoid this company, worst customer service ever!
This sorry saga continues due to the implied threat mentioned in previous thread. I'm wondering if the Managing Director or owner of this company knows how there customer service behaves. I find it completely insane that they do not take responsibility for sending a damaged product but expect me to take responsibility for damage if I send the bike back. I'm having to accept a derisory offer of $50 plus the replacement part, even though it will cost $130 to to get my bike mechanic shop to fix it and pay for a zip car as it can't be ridden due to the damage. They now also offered me a handle bar bag, I neither want or need and retails at $15 so cost to them of about $2. This is a cheap and nasty company I recommend never buying anything from them till they get a better attitude and learn to respect their customers and as I mentioned I am a repeat customer. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life, seriously. AVOID!!!
Fiidos run around on warranty service!
I just bought a new Fiido T1, only to find it is on the list for frame breakage. I applied for a new replacement T1, but Fiido is just giving me a run around. They are not a good company to do business with.
I watched a video yesterday on UTube…
I watched a video yesterday on UTube and was disgusted to see you had actually gifted a pair of electric bikes to Chris and Sarah Ingham.Do you do research before you give bikes away, obviously not. This family or the parents in this family are unbelievable. The father Chris Ingham was acting in an inappropriate way in America to a very young fan.You only have to google his name to know exactly who he is,they have been on the front of several national newspapers for putting their childrens lives in danger. The man who warned them Paul Richardson of Calamity Kyaking was sent death threats after telling them that letting their young children out on Loch Lomond with no safety vests was dangerous. There is a screen shot on line of Sarah Ingham telling someone that they are a sweaty ratfaced (the C word). These people deserve nothing and you should be ashamed in gifting them anything.
Do your research.
As a company regarding influencers promoting your products or an ad, you would think the team would do the average research on whom they’re giving the selling item to. This company gifted a pair of family influencers bikes quite recently, the father, Chris Ingham, has a history of predatory/inappropriate behaviour towards young girls/women. He shouldn’t even be allowed on the platform but you gifting your products to a man who has dangerous intent towards minors and vulnerable girls/women, is completely unacceptable, you’re enabling this behaviour. Sarah Ingham also has history of very questionable behaviour, enabling her partner’s predatory behaviour towards these girls. It’s not rocket science, google Chris’ name or Sarah’s and you’ll see there’s a ton of evidence there. Do better when it comes to influencers and research.
Fiido D4S is the best ever.
I have now owned my D4S for just over a year and have covered 3553km around 2200 miles of trouble free riding. I highly recommend this bike and am amazed to read such bad reviews. I simply cannot fault it . Battery life allows me up to 50km which is perfect for me and the brakes are still working well. 5 stars.
So far, so good, will update in the future.
So far, so good with the Fiido T1, as with any product, there's a few areas that need great improvement, but support at Fiido been very easy to communicate & listen to their customers & advice it seems.
I have got 56 miles on pure throttle, got it to 31mph on a consistent basis, were had rain & snow in Reno yesterday, & was accidentally caught in it, handled great & no problems with the electrical system afterwards.
A few areas of improvement is a better kickstand, it's too low, & scrapes on anything the size of a curb, the brakes are greatly underpowered for such a heavy e-Bike that's also meant to carry heavy loads, 203mm hydraulic brakes would've been optimal. They could've added headlights with integrated turn signals, as well as a functioning brake light that's in a more visible place, no one can see it from behind which is a safety hazard.
Other than that I've been having a blast with the Fiido T1, & as of yet am very happy with the torque, speed & performance, it's faster than most e-Moto looking bikes.

We bought a D4S and used it a couple of times and were very pleased with it. Unfortunately the plug connector on the folding joint broke. I contacted customer services and had a new one within a week. It was easy to fit and the bike is fine - seems worth the money as its easy to ride and has the range I want.
Never Ever buy a Fiido ebike...Cheap…
Never Ever buy a Fiido ebike...Cheap Junk!!!!!
Recently bought a t1 cargo bike.1) no quick disconnects anywhere in the wiring between the controller and the motor...you can't remove the rear wheel to change the tire or fix a flat! 2) cheap brakes, cheap derailer!!! The display is not visible in sunlight.
3) The screws on the kickstand are stripped and will not tighten. 4) If you unlock the controller for increased speed.. There is no warning anywhere about burning out the motor!!!! 5) customer service is non existant... Tried several times to contact and received meaningless email !!!! Now I'm spending $900.00 for a new motor, brakes, controller and display to make this a decent bike! Not worth $1,599.00 they are asking!!!
