The worst quality Chinese product
I wouldn't buy again and neither recommend. I bought one Fiido 4ds and so far it caused me more headache than fun. Second month it already started the electric problems, all the poor plastic pieces were falling, it's not as fast as it shows in monitor (it shows 25 but it's actually 21km/h), manual accelarator doesn't work anymore, baterry is already dying after 1 year (note, I used for only 6 months). It's a headache, spare £200 more and buy a good one.
I have bought a Fiido C10 about a year…
I have bought a Fiido C10 about a year ago. The motor broke after two months (I guess because it is not really waterproof). They sent me a new motor + wheel but I had to pay someone to mount it (80 euros). But after two more months the new motor broke as well. This time they sent me a new motor alone that I have to get mounted on a wheel and then on the bike (I cannot find someone ready to do that for an affordable price). And I have no insurance that it will not break a third time for the same reason.

I'm in the process of buying my friend fiildo M1 pro electric bike & i find the bike brilliant it's fast & handle's itself good.
I now own this bike & I luvv it' again it ride's beautiful fully charged it fly's down the road. Only thing is battery take's forever to charge.
Overall brilliant bike fat tyre bike for me.

Fiido customer service not good, emailed twice about seperate queries, only answered one.

M1 pro arrived quickly though. But the bike is not as it should be! Brakes are screaming, rear brake disc is skewed, front rim is skewed as well, but the biggest problem is the deformed front tire !! I've tried to contact fiido, and first of all they do only reply back with one message every friday. Very annoying!! And they do not want to help me out with my problems. They just tell me to go to a nearest bike shop, and they will fix my problems... so i bought a brand new bike from them, and now i have to go to a bike shop to spend more money, thats what they said to me.. instead of sending me 1 new tire, that are causing the biggest problem, and i would be happy.. VERY VERY bad aftersale service !! I will DEFFENTLY not support fiido.com any more, And I will buy the things i need for my bike to work as it should, some where else. I do NOT recommend this company. They dont care about the costumers, as long they just are selling bikes

1) the charger in under the bar without a cap, it got all muddy that it stopped charging. I had to replace the plug
2) for some reason it has stopped running, suddenly it the battery started to cut off while running
Now no shop would look at it as I didnt buy it from them or dont have spare part..
Im stuck!! this bike doesn't run without eletric power.. is very hurd as it doesn't have gears..

Fiido D11 from GeekBuying
Bought a D11 from GeekBuying. Like many others are reporting, the saddle snapped from the battery. It was still just about useable, but now the battery has stopped charging altogether. This was an £800 bike that I got to use for one month before it broke. No aftercare whatsoever.
D2s battery
Just heard 10th jan 2021 fiidoebike not associated with fiido company any more. Has no products to sell. I bought a battery but it took about 5 weeks to arrive.
They sold me a defective d11 battery…
They sold me a defective d11 battery that splits open, they said they would send a new one as mine is part of 185 that were defective. Nothing has happened. It’s £200 to buy a new battery. Also according to Instagram this isn’t the official shop for fiido bikes it’s just some unofficially distributor. But fiido themselves said they would replace the defective product and haven’t, I’m still waiting and have had no delivery confirmation.

Disgraceful company, ordered my little brothers bike 2 weeks ago as a Christmas present bike still said available and my money was took from my account I email and they tell me their is no bikes left one week before Christmas. And I’m seeing by other reviews the refund takes a long time horrible people working this company

Happy customer (Twice)
Having ordered a D2S and receiving it in good time (not great but good) remembering that we are in varying stages of lockdown across the world.
the bike turned up in good order and worked strait out of the box.
I was given a tracking number 2 days after order and followed it closely, the longest delay was in Spain at customs (weekends not worked possibly) but all good in the end.
the D2S has worked great from day 1 (had 6 weeks at time of writing) and has generated a lot of interest and orders from friends, pity there is no referral scheme.
The quality of the product is excellent.

As i was happy with the D2S I have ordered and received the D4S over the last couple of weeks and once again this turned up in good order.
Very happy with the level of communication
(initial delivery problem with non standard address) and have now had 2 very good experiences.
