First time ordering through them. Online ordering you can track the process of shipping right away. I called to make sure they had it and I was told to pack it up and ready to ship can take up to 3 days and it will go out the door and that is exactly what happened. Very easy to work with.

Was shipped a part that was not the part number we ordered and was told it was compatible. It was not dimensionally the same and would not work. The customer using the same parameters of information was able to obtain the part without issue. They pretty much said sorry for your luck. You should have found a way to make the square peg fit into the round hole. so we are charging a 20% restocking fee. I was not able to charge the customer for this because he was able to get the part without any problem using the same info.

Worst experience I have ever had with an online parts company. Cant talk to anyone and they only respond with email. I ordered a part and they sent me a note that part of it (reservoir) was not available but they could ship the remainder and issue a partial credit. Then they advised me that they issued two credits by mistake and that I had to pay them back for one before they would ship my part. Once i verified that they did issue two credits I did pay and they shipped my part but only half of it. When i tried to call their number went to and answering service and never called me back but I got an email there must have been a misunderstanding on my part, I had an email stating it was only the master cylinder reservoir that they didn't have but I still expected the master cylinder. They responded with a lame excuse but said I could return the part (booster) they did send, so that's what I did. I did find a complete assembly that was 400.00 cheaper and ordered it from them. Cost me over a week in all this. Very poor service!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service until you post bad feedback. I'm just going to leave it at sub par customer service until you post bad feedback. I've edited 95% of this but after posting the original negative feedback, the company spoke to me more about removing my feedback than they did answering my questions about ordering my part.
